Rainwater Heating and Air is the only call I make if we have HVAC problems. I know they are giving me a fair price and they stand behind their work. The have very knowledgable technicians and take care of my repairs without trying to talk me into buying anew unit every time they come out.

One of my ac units failed in one of the hottest days of this summer, I called rainwater at 9:15pm and I had Craig Rainwater working on my unit at 9:28pm and they had it running in a matter of minuts. WOW! I really appreciate the fast service especially because I have a 19 month old baby and a pregnant wife that cant stand the heat right now. I will recommend you guys to all of my neighbors and I will also put you in my neighborhood website. Thank you again!!

Great customer service! Received a phone call letting me know when the installation team would arrive. They arrived on time and did a great job. I would definitely use them again and again. N. Pepper

Best price by far! We were finishing our basement and called several companies for quotes. We called the ones advertised on AM 750, Home Depot, and several others. They each said how much better their quotes, expertise, quality, etc., were than all the other competition in town. One had a coupon, which I asked about, and they said that if I used the coupon, it would be more expensive than a second option they provided - does anyone else find this disturbing??? I was seriously considering installing the system myself. Just before I took this action, I found Rainwater driving past their office one day. I called them as a last resort and was given a quote about 1/2 the price of most the other businesses. They were quick, professional, had EXCELLENT customer service, and provided friendly service. I wish I had found Kudzu sooner to provide my feedback more timely. Thank you Rainwater.

I have purchased a house that Rainwater did the initial install for the HVAC system. The house has been sitting for many months and one of the external compressors was not working correctly. I called them after the inspection and they had someone out the next business day. The tech, Jeremy, took his time to look over each of the systems, made sure they were both properly charged (both are new) and also checked the temp out for both. While all of this is expected on a trip, it was the time the he took to explain in detail and cover every base on each unit that made the difference. He made sure everything was ok with the units and with the customer before departing. Thank you Rainwater.

Rainwater Heating & AC replaced an old HVAC at my house. I got estimates from 3 companies, and I stated that wanted 1 system with 3 zones and asked for good, better, and best estimates from each company. The other 2 companies included quotes for 2 systems in their estimates; that made me feel that they weren't really listening to me. Craig Rainwater gave me the best price, and did not try to upsell me like the others did. In fact, his "best" option price was two-thirds the "good" option price of Moncrief! And the installation was done very well; the installers even worked through a hailstorm to get the system installed and operational. I could not be happier with the equipment or the company. They continue to provide annual maintenance for me. I wouldn't trust anyone else!

I had the owner come out and price replacing the heating and air system. Very prompt and friendly. He was honest with the information and suggestion as to what would be best for the house and didn't try to push the expensive extras on. He listend to what I was hoping to accomplish and gave his recommendations based on that. Great price and service installation was on time and professional.

if you can use anyone else use them. Rainwater told me up front he bought the company and 2 other companies ONLY for the customer list...all previous customers are on their own (tough luck)...he is a nasty scoundrel...there are so many others who are professionals, who are better to choose from. We told him where to put his company. My neighbor had the same issue with him...avoid avoid avoid!
