I took my car here because I read good reviews. Here's my experience: they never called to update me, they did not tell me they were purchasing parts (even after I asked that they call me first to see if I could even afford it), they took over one month to add 4 new (unauthorized) parts and those parts still did NOT fix the problem! In fact, the car runs worse than it did when I dropped it off - it has no power, it backfires, and the fuel pump is making a loud noise. And to make things even worse, they broke my muffler tail pipe hanger and tried to give my car back to me with the muffler dragging on the floor! When I pointed this out to them they attempted to "fix" it by tying the tailpipe to the frame with a rope! I don't know whether to laugh or cry. I'm hurt because I trusted them and sad because I essentially paid them $600 to destroy my car. And I'm in serious pain because I got F@#k'd with NO VASELINE!!!!
They replaced spark plug wires, EGR valve, and MAP sensor - (without prior approval) - these parts were actually less than a year old when I brought the car to them. If they had called first, like I asked, I would have told them this information. Maybe Randies is only good for small tune-up jobs? I'll never know.

At 8 months pregnant I would up with a flat tire at Randy's because it was the closest place to where I was at the time. I was nervous that I might be overcharged as I had never been there before and clearly am not an automotive expert. I was also on the way to a doctors appointment and assumed I would have to call and cancel. The three gentlemen I encountered were kind, pulled my car right around, took my tire off like I was in NASCAR, patched it in about 5 minutes, and checked the pressure in all my other tires before finishing. When I went in to pay a gentleman who I believe was Randy told me that since they only patched it it was on the house. I don't need to state how rare it is to have an experience like this these days. I am so grateful to all the gentlemen who helped me that day and they will become my new trusted car guys. I absolutely recommend this place!

Until my small claims lawsuit against Randie's is finalized, I will withdraw my previous review. That should be enough to make you question how much your vehicle is worth to you... Use at your own risk

I have used him for over 15 years and he is fantastic! I trust him completely! Randies has taken care of 4 of my cars over the years. I am sending one over right now and know he will give me good advice about if this car is worth repairing or not.

I've used Randy for over 20 years. I used to live close by and used him a lot. I'm not as close now, but i still try to get by for help. He's honest, does good work, did I say he was Honest? He'll advise you not try to confuse you. My wife feels comfortable going by herself. Did I say he was honest? He's honest!

Randie has taken care of all my car problems for the last four years and he has always been a true professional. My cars have always been fixed and on time and the price was right. What else can you say? Thank you. Tom T.

My Chevy wouldn't start and a fellow recommended Randies as the only place to go in this part of town. I'm glad I followed his advice. The problem turned out to be a strange electrical short that messed up almost every part of the car. His crew "bird-dogged" the source of the problem (which was very hard to locate) until they figured it out. Since this was a situation that was very unusual he didn't charge me for all of the time they spent trying to figure out what was going on. I now have my auto back in good condition. I know other shops would have charged twice as much or more so that I could pay for their learning curve. Randies gave me a very fair price, kept me informed what was going on and saw the job done right. It was like a personal mission for them to fix this problem. I am very impressed and highly recommend this business. And the Elvis memorabilia is fun to look at!

I've known and respected Randy for over 30 years. He does my wife's work, mine, my three children, when they are in town, and I have unreservedly reccomended him to anyone that doesn't walk all the time. He is more than fair and honest, he actually cares for those whose cars repairs. I am honored to call him friend and wish him all the good will he so richly deserves.

Randy is very helpful and honest. He has worked on our cars for years and has always given us very fair prices. Once his mechanic did not bring a related issue to my attention. When I discovered the issue, he made the repair at no charge. Really above and beyond what was expected.

We can always rely on Randie to be fair and honest, with good prices. He has saved us a lot of money, and his service center never pressures us to get services done that we don't need.
