I got Bob's name off the sticker left on the garbage disposal that was here when we bought the house. He answered my calls and emails promptly, gave a reasonable quote, and then made an appointment to come here. Then, I did a terrible and out of character thing. I forgot to cancel the appointment despite my husband having fixed it himself (I blame being a sleep-deprived mom of a 2 month old and 19 month old). Bob showed up and did not charge me for his visit, despite the inconvenience to him. You will not find a more stand up guy.

Our built-in microwave quit working after 9 years. It turned out to be the magnatron which needed to be replaced. Rape was on-time for both visits to our house, his fees were easy to understand and he did exactly what he said he would do for exactly the amount of money he indicated. Very straight-forward.

Yesterday we experienced a most professional home visit to replace a defective garbage disposal by Bob and his son Jacob. They were prompt, extremely pleasant, professional and I had a new disposal within 45 minutes of their arrival. Also, their visit was preceded by a phone call to Bob where he patiently listened to my issue and made sure I was comfortable with his understanding of it. Thanks Bob and Jacob.

Bob is very friendly and professional, and seems dedicated to providing quality service for fair prices. He did not charge us for a housecall when he realized that the type of service we needed was out of his realm, but provided helpful information. I definitely would use him again!

My oven would not keep the correct temperature. Bob said it could have been one of two things and the only way to know was to try to repair them. I appreciated that he tried the cheaper repair first. That didn't work, and he didn't charge me for the parts. The second repair did the job. His rates were very reasonable. Bob came to my house three times and could have charged me much more for his time. I really appreciated his quality work, his promptness, and unwillingness to take advantage of me.

I found out about Bob from one of his service stickers he left on our former owners disposer. What a find! I called Bob to fix / diagnose/ repair and or replace our disposer that I thought was on its last leg. We talked about the issue over the phone and thought enough to come out and take a look. I was fully prepared to have to pay to replace our unit, but Bob fixed it for half the price of a new one...How is that for integrity! Thank you Bob! With a 16 year old house, we'll meet again, I am sure! Call him, you will be glad you did!

I own a company myself and when I our oven went out I went online to find a repairman. I came across Bob on Kudzu here and read his reviews (we too know how valuable word of mouth is) and had him out to our house. He quoted me a price and let me decided whether I wanted to proceed. I called him back and he ordered it. He was prompt and courteous when he came to our house and the price was half of what he quoted! It is hard to find honest folks like that these days. Would highly recommend him!
