Mr. Al was the only person who was able to fix my tv and had parts for it, even though the tv is very old. It didn't take him long to identify and fix the problem and his charge was very reasonable. He is great at what he does and if anything happens to my tv again he'll be the first one I call.

Thank you for the rapid response to repair my television. The repair guy was here to repair my television in less than 24 hours of my call. This company lives up to their name "Rapid Tv Repair", and this was also during the holiday season. Thank you so much.

I am Mary Fisher and I am 78 years old. A couple days ago I called this repair place to come to my home to repair my stereo and television. The man came in and I explained the problems I was having. Listening to my problems he understood and clearly explained what had happened. He took care of the problem that I had with my unit very quickly. Once he was done he showed me how to use the clicker. I offered to pay him a little bit more but he did not accept. He said that it was his job to help. Two days later I forgot how to use the clicker and called the man that helped me. He came back and very nicely and patiently showed me again how to work with the clicker. I told him thank god we still have good, honest, and experienced people.

I have a 42 inch Samsung plasma TV. And on New Years Eve my TV began to have problems since it had problems i decided to call rapid electronics and asked for a repair. Even though it was new years eve they sent me a technician right away they checked my TV they let me know problem and repaired it. i like their service because the technician was very polite and he was very skillful and knowledgeable and told me exactly what the problem was. they repaired my tv with a very good price. and i greatly recommend them!!!

I was trying to find the tv repair shop that I had called earlier one day. I didn't realize there are 2 tv repair shops within one mile of each other, and thinking I had found the right place, I brought my plasma tv here (by mistake). It cost me a $50 fee to check in my tv. After a week, I called to check up with them and they quoted me the price of repair, and I approved it. After some time, they called and said my tv was fixed and ready for pickup. Before I was going to take it home I wanted them to plug it in and double check it. They did, but it still had the same problem so they asked me to check back in a couple of days. I called back and they told me that the tv has more problems, and is going to cost even more money. I told them I don't want to pay that price for repairs and asked them to put my tv back together so I could come pick it up. I got my tv and took it down the street to Cobb Electronic Repair which was the place I was looking for at first, but didn't drive far enough North apparently. Frank, the owner, told me the power supply in my tv was missing. I called back to Rapid Electronic and they denied having taken it out and told me to bring my tv back to them. At this point I had serious doubts with Rapid so I left my TV with Frank and asked him to order a new power supply, which is a very, very expensive part. I would not recommend Rapid electronics to anybody, especially if you want to get your tv back with all the parts in it.

I brought my stereo in Rapid Electronics Repair to get an estimate for the repair. The pricing for the estimate was the only call that Rapid Electronics made to me in the four months they held my stereo. They estimated a one week repair for the stereo. After four months, I literally had to pry the stereo out of there hands to get it back. It was never worked on, and never repaired. They did not return one of my 15-20 phone calls I made to get an update on the "one week:" repair. It was, without a doubt, the worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with. DO NOT GO TO RAPID ELECTRONICS

Long story short they did not carry out the repairs I contracted them to carry out on my laptop. They then tried to cover it up and refused to refund me after making numerous trips to and from their location. Shoddy work and they dont stand behind their work. Owner is nothing short of a lying crook!!! You have been warned! I am reversing my charges and filing a complaint with the Better Business bureau!!!
