Raven Moving & Storage

Raven Moving did not follow-through on request for proof of insurance, and in the end did not reimburse us for breakage and damage. The move itself went smoothly and we were happy with that, but the whole experience was ruined by management not providing the proof of insurance on the day of the move, and then stringing us along for 2 months pretending to be willing to reimburse us for breakage and damage that occurred during the move, and then,, after 2 months, no response for weeks and no reimbursement.
