1. Experience - not so great both times

2. Staff - receptionists seemed nice, ray was kind of unpleasant. Maybe I was unlucky twice when I came in? Don't think so.

3. Price for service - Price was good. Coupon helped. Free Carwashes with services definitely earned them a star.

4. Would I go again? - Doubtful, we'll see (unless it is for a smog check because it's cheap)

Ray Frey has my complete trust. He has serviced all of our cars and has never tried to pressure us into any “extra” services. The work is done promptly and professionally. As a former long haul trucker, I have dealt with mechanics all over this country. Ray is right up there with the best! I would not consider taking my vehicles anywhere else. Ray Frey is a 5 star business in my book.

Ray had his hands full with an old Cadillac that had been in storage for over 5 years. He got it running for us again and when the power steering kept leaking, Ray was very persistent, even replacing the pump at his own cost when the first attempt didn’t work. I found him to be honest, up front and ethical, treating my car as if it were his own.

I want to commend Ray and his staff for stepping up and taking care of a very difficult problem with class.

What can I say that others have not already said?

Ray is a straight shooter. If you're looking for an honest mechanic, with a well-trained staff, this is the place to go.

We bring our Jeep to Ray for all of our service needs. I couldn't imagine taking it any other place.
