I requested someone come look a two trees and tell me what needed to be done to correct problem. It took a week for someone to come to inspect. I waited a week to hear back but no one called. I called and was told that they would get back to me. Waited another week and called and got same answer. Waited another week and still no answer. I went to Rayfield because this web site had such good response. My experience was any thing but satisfactory.

In this day and age customer service is almost non-existent; the value of the dollar is put before quality; and pride in one's work is generally a thing of the past. I had four arborists give estimates. Of the four, Mr. Rayfield was not only the most pleasant, but it was obvious even in speaking with him that he knew what he was doing, and that his goal was not only to do a good job, but a job that the customer would be happy with. While his estimate was not the lowest (and certainly not the highest), I did not mind paying a little extra for the quality work that I received. He was prompt, the work area cleaned to perfection and the work performed done as requested and as he stated he would. You cannot possibely go wrong in hiring Mr. Rayfield to perform any work on your trees.

I was new to Loganville, GA and in need of tree triming and ivy removal. I had contacted several landscapers regarding triming few returned my calls. I found Rayfield based on reviews from Kudzu (Thank you Kudzu reviewers) I received a prompt estimate. The crew arrived early in the morning and did a great job and cleaned up. Excellent customer service.

My experience with Rayfield Tree Care was the best! I called Rayfield after hours with an urgent tree service request. They returned my call promptly that evening to book the appointment. Charles gives a full outline of the work plan on the phone and when he gets on site, and his time estimate is very accurate. On the day of service the office kept me apprised of where they were in traffic. Rayfield does not use spikes, so the tree was tended to without any damage to the trunk. Excellent service all the way. I highly recommend Rayfield Tree Care.

Normally I hate dealing with contracters. But doing business with the Rayfields was a pleasure! Charles came on time & told us we could SAVE our trees instead of just wanting to cut them down. He came ,pruned them & caeaned up. You'd never know he was here it looked so neat. They are friendly, honest, punctual & not in it just for the money.Great people. Great service. We will use them again & highly reccomend them.

Had a number of trees (pines, ceder, and oaks) in my backyard that needed to be both trimmed and cut down. Called Charles Rayfield and he was at the house the next day to look at everything and give a quote. Once we agreed on the scope of work everything was cut down a few days later. They took down a VERY large pine, trimmed up some oaks and another pine. And arranged for the trunk grinding a few days later. A great, personal and service-oriented experience from Charles and his wife. Highly recommend.

Mr. Rayfield did an excellent job pruning several trees in our yard. He also gave great advice on what was and wasn't needed. He showed up on time and his quote was accurate and fair. Very pleasant to work with. He is very particular about not damaging trees and climbs them with rubber-soled shoes to minimize damage. Worth the money just to watch him climb! Our trees look great!

Customer Service these days is very rare, but when Mr. Rayfield and his crew took on this enormous task in my front and back yard I was impressed. Customer Service was excellent and curtious, everyone on his team was on one page as I would say. Mr. Rayfield took his time to explain and name all my trees....wow!! My property looks great. I just would like to say KUDOS to a job well done in a timely manner. I would recommend his services to anyone who is really looking for knowledge and appreciate what an Arborist stands for. Thank you Mr. Rayfield and Team K.B.

I had a dead Pine Tree in my back yard. I called more than 10 Tree companies and go estimates from them and they were all very around $500. I called Rayfiled last week and Charles went out to my house to look at the tree and made a very good offer. The best thing about him is he cut the tree the same day he gave me the estimate. I recommend Rayfield highly. When Charles came over to cut the tree I also had a problem with my Gutter and he fixed that also. Thanks Charles.
