Re-do Remodeling

I called Re-Do when I needed my rental loft updated, and Rai and his guys were able to finish everything on my list start to finish. They even made sure to protect the carpet in the hallway outside of my unit. I'm really pleased with the work, and will work with Rai and his crew again.

I first hired Re-do 8 years ago when I was a single female homeowner in Atlanta. I always felt comfortable with Rai's team in my home when I was there or away which was a first in my Atlanta remodeling experiences! I have continued to rely on Re-do for several jobs without hesitation. I live out of state now and my rental house property manager knows to call on Re-do when needed without even calling me first! Re-do has performed the following services for me: painting, flooring, roofing, tree removal, siding/gutter repair, plumbing, electric, and framing/drywall. I appreciate Re-do Remodeling's creativeness, promptness, cleanliness, and fairness. Most of all I appreciate how Re-do makes me feel so important even though I know they have many other clients!

Punctual, reliable, high-quality work at reasonable prices. I have had the opportunity to observe a wide-variety of work performed by Re-do and have been amazed at the versatility and capability of Rai and his workers. Recently, my fiancé’ had a 100 year-old hardwood tree fall into her historic brick home in the Emory area, and Re-do was able to perform all of the repairs involved in a very high-quality manner at prices below insurance estimates: roof, gutters, brick exterior, asphalt, concrete, kitchen floor tile, window replacement, fence and stairs, et. al. Rai was particularly creative in finding ways to do the repairs as an enhancement to the home and property rather than as a simple restoration. Subsequently, I asked Rai to evaluate some plumbing issues I had in my loft downtown. He and his plumber were able to evaluate the issues, buy the necessary components (including a new kitchen sink which was leaking badly) and do all of the repairs within 2 hours. The components and work were of the highest quality, and the price was more than reasonable. I cannot recommend Rai and his company more highly for any type of project; large or small.

I used Re-do Remodeling for some repair work and outside work after a tree fell into my yard. They did an excellent job and I ended up in better shape afterwards than before. Rai was patient and helpful and had suggestions which I would not have thought of. They did some stucco work, concrete work, gutter replacement, carpentry and painting and all was top-quality. Plus they are such a nice group of guys I will be calling Re-do for whatever work I have in the future. I would highly recommend.

Rai Briceno and his team of carpenters, masons, workers and lawn-people, was a great find. I first called Rai to bid on a project to build an outside entrance to my basement, a big project as it involved cutting through granite. We found him to be a good listener, and he also offered other advice on additional things we could do to keep our basement dry and healthy for storage. They did the work with great planning and craftmanship, leaving the area completely cleaned when finished. I have since used re-do for a large retaining wall and many misc. small re-modeling projects. I intend to use Re-do for my kitchen renovation project next year. I recommended Re-do to my neighbor who needed his house re-shingled, and my neighbor was very happy with the job.
