SHORT SALE EXPERTS?, 5/19/2011

Tried to Use these guys for a short sale because they are supposed to be experts (so says their website). They didn't answer my emails or phone calls like they promise they will on their website. ... No updates were given and when I pushed I was told that I was being a pest. I finally walked away from the deal. I am filing a complaint with the Realtor Board for sure!

This review is completely false and fictitious. We respond to all emails and phone calls that truly communicate with us (we do receive a large amount of spam and junk mail). We don't know who this person is and we have NEVER told ANYONE they were being a pest. My question for this person is if we didn't answer their phone calls or emails, how did we (1) tell them they were being a pest and (2) if they didn't work with us how can they walk away "from the deal"? We are always happy to discuss options with buyers and sellers. There are situations where we have to occasionally tell sellers that we can't help them in their situation. I think most people will see very positive reviews of our responses and services all over the internet. We have helped many home sellers over the years, many of them in a short sale situation. Thank you.
