I am so happy there is a doctor's office open on Sunday. I did not feel good, but I did not want to go to the ER nor did I want to wait to see if my doctor's office could fit me in Monday. I love this center they took very good care of my son, I thought that is was going to take all day but didn't thank the lord ....

It is affordable and not having insurance it was a blessing to be able to pay $50.00 to see a doctor. The doctor spent a lot of time with me and the staff was friendly. I definitely got my monies worth! And I am better! Would recommend this place!!

This is a busy place but glad I took my daughter there. She was very sick with fever and rash. The doctor was great with her, the staff pleasant but I have to say something about their office manager. Not sure her name but she was the nicest, most pleasant person. She helped my 4 year old in ways she will never know. She went from being scared of a doctor thinking like all kids "shots are coming" to asking "to go back to play with wady (meaning lady)in glasses" If she manages this office with half of her heart they will be very successful. I highly advise trying this place (and ask to speak with their manager) Hopefully she wont get overwhelmed with this but she truly made our experience one we will never forget in a good way. Hopefully will get her name next time. They have great hours too!!!

I was sick with what turned out to be a sinus infection, I came to the Hamilton Mill location of Reagan Medical. Genesis was such a big help, I had been having issues with my health insurance with all the changes going on. She pointed me in the right direction to get everything worked out with that and my prescription being filled. Thanks for all the help and to Reagan Medical for making me feel better

I do not have insurance and honestly I could afford to be sick. However, when I got sick they treated me for $50...Other places I went to wanted $150 plus. I am thankful for Reagan Medical, to me it says a lot that they were willing to treat me for such a low price.

It's the most worst hospitals I have seen ever in Gwinnett area. I visited them today and have to wait for 1 hour 30 Minutes and everyone else who came after me were called but my name was missed. Once I went inside they sais they don't do physicals without appointments and there site says in bold letter that they don't need appointments. Worst service and staff.

Awful. Tried like hell to limit my experience to 250 word but can't seem to do it. In a nutshell, the staff consists of a group of cold-hearted people. I expect compassion and care from health care professionals. If that's what you are looking for, do not come here. I was having the absolute worst day, and they made it worse tenfold. I truly can't imagine why these people are in the business of caring for people. Total lack of respect for my time, my situation, my feelings... I will NEVER go back and I advise that everyone else save themselves the time and poor experience. If you go anywhere else in this state, I'd say the chances of it consisting of more professional and caring people than are working at Reagan Medical in Gwinnett is 99.9%.

In a nutshell, this place has extremely rude staff on top of incompetent PAs. I went in complaining of a 3day long headache so the pa gives me ct scan order and a lortab rx that was on a Thur. The next day (Fri) I go in and have the CT scan and was advised at the imaging place that my "doctor" would call me with the results on Monday. Monday comes and the headache gets worse so I call in to speak to a nurse to see what I should do. A female named Penelope answers my call and cuts me completely off when I was trying to explain to her what was going on (mind you I was crying and in a lot of pain) and I was transferred to a voicemail. I left a msg asking for advice on what to do.......... I never got a return call. I finally called at 3:30 only to get Ms. Penelope again who at that point was even more rude bordering on beligirent. Puts me on hold for 15mins and comes back to tell me that the pa reviewed the ct and states that I should go see a neurologist....... The worse treatment I have ever received from any medical facility ever. They just left me to figure out what is wrong with on my own. They dont care about the patients at all, their only concern is the money. I will definitely never go back and I wouldnt even recommend them to someone I disliked because if you are paying for healthcare then that is what you should receive in return.

I am not usually a review writing person, but my experience with this facility was so poor, I felt it was necessary. Reagan Medical Five Forks- there was relativity no wait. Other than that it has been a complete nightmare. I went in for hip and ear issues. I was ordered an MRI, paper work had to be filed for an authorization from my insurance to get it done. They filled out the paper work so poorly (not enough information) that my insurance denied the request. I took time off from work to get the MRI, and once I get there, they tell me that Reagan Medical cancelled the apt. Reagan Medical never called to inform me. 2 weeks later, still having trouble walking....I still have not had an MRI. Because of their incompetence, I now have to go to an orthopedic to get a referral for the MRI. Also the ear medicine they gave me created a film on my ear drum. I had to go to an ENT Dr and sit there for 30 minutes while he pealed the film off-talk about uncomfortable. Through out this process the employees have been very rude and unhelpful....my suggestion would be to go somewhere else.

My husband and I went to the Lawrenceville location, which was very busy. The staff was very friendly but we were AMAZED by the response from their office manager. We had some questions so days after we saw a doctor we had called. I do not get off work until 11 pm. For an office to have someone to help their patients at midnight is Unbelievable! We will be back and will suggest to all our family and friends. Great Office!!!!!

I have been to a couple of these type places before the "doc in a box" and it costs like $150 for a sick visit. I went to the place at Hamilton Mill, had to wait about 45 min, the place was packed, was in the room for about 15 min, got my antibiotics prescription and paid $50. You can't beat that. Hopefully I won't get sick again for a while, but when/if I do, I will go back and see them again.

on several different occasion i have had to visit reagan medical and they are always courteous and friendly. for the amount of people they have visiting the facility the wait time is suprisingly quick. but there are a lot of people visiting. in perspective it may seem like a while, but noticing how frequently they are calling people back, and how soon they are reappearing to leave, it doenst seem as bad.
