It is a shame for your company to walk away from the project and tell the customer to finish the job themselves after receiving over $13,000. You promised a completed project and a written warranty that you have not delivered. There are cracks and broken mortar joints you cannot dispute. You state your company is built on honesty and professionalism and this is how you treat a customers?

My yard was out of control, over run with weeds and dirt erosion. Realistic Lawn came out, gave me recommendations, and proceeded to do exactly what they said. Now my yard is as different as day and night. Thanks, Realistic Lawn Care, you are doing a great job!!

I am shocked at what I've experienced with Realistic Lawn Care. They started doing our lawn service about 3 months ago and from the beginning were inconsistent about when they would show up. It got worse when they started missing weeks altogether. On top of that I had requested additional trimming, pine straw which was never done. The following week I wrote a note on the invoice & paid for one month instead of two. I received a phone call from Mike Robertson the next day. He explained they missed the week of July 4th because of the holiday and weather. But I explained that they had missed at least 3 weeks and had been unresponsive to a previous request for additional work. He proposed paying for half the month - I honestly didn't see why I should pay for something I didn't receive - he questioned my honesty and said he would send the bill to collections. The following day my wife tracked down the owner, Ryan, and spoke to him. At this point I thought it best to part ways and he accepted. But I just received in the mail today - A LETTER FROM A COLLECTION AGENCY! I couldn't believe it! In talking to others about their experience I have heard similar stories - BEWARE!!

To all of our valued customers, thank you for your business. We greatly appreciate it! To the "ONE" who is shocked, pay your bills. There is no excuse for unprofessionalism from a customer who threatens, cusses, and hangs up trying to avoid payment. To all potential customers, visit our website www.realisticlawncare.com or call for professional lawn care and maintenance. Call us anytime, we are not hard to "track down". We are the one's who answer the phone.
Ryan and his crew are great. I've used them for aeration, cutting and fertilizing. They ought to change the name to "Good Guys Lawn Care" because that's what they are. Ryan's prices are SUPER FAIR, ok, yeah, "realistic," and the quality is great. He does a bunch of houses in our neighborhood and they all look great.
