State away from this business
I ordered laminate from this business this past April through their online site. After charging my credit card, all communications stopped. I was unable to reach them by phone or e-mail for months. I never received my merchandise. Fortunately, my credit card company investigated and credited my money back to me. I was able to get the laminate I wanted within one week from FloorOne.com at a great price and with wonderful customer service. There are honest merchants.

THE WORST FROM START TO FINISH
Go Someplace Else!!! They were over 1 hr late for the in home estimate and it went downhill from there. They will try to push their inventory on you and will tell you they have enough in stock to do the job until they take your money. Now I have to searh elsewhere to find 2 types of flooring to finish the job. Liars!!!

Great Service with great selection of flooring
Thanks to everyone at Reason Floors! They were very helpful and knowledgeable. They guided my wife and I through their large selection of flooring to find the perfect flooring for our house. Thanks again Reason Floors for all your help!
