Contract signed end of August with estimated date to install Sept 19. Employee was to come and confirm measurements for order but never showed. Contacted company and we were told they were sorry but they would set something up again. No calls for weeks so I contacted again and I was told their experienced employee quit and they were behind. At the end of November the sales person returned to our house to remeasure because his original measurements were incorrect. So this entire time nothing was done. He said they would put a rush on the order so it would be approx 10 days. Weeks later we get a call late on a Friday (12/13) advising they would be at our home to install Monday. Due to late notice we had to delay for a week. For that 7 days the owner contacted us daily demanding we pay him prior to installation and we refused each time and he became extremely rude and condescending. When bath insert/walls were installed one shelf was missing and owner said they come in 3's not 4. We ordered 4 so he said it would take awhile to get another. The next day the shelf was installed. So where did it come from and was he just holding back since his store front is still under construction. Use Rebath products but not at the Roswell location.
