Do not use this company. Trying to talk to anyone is next to impossible. Customer service reps are unbelievably inept. My bill is constantly upcharged and I have to call customer service to be transferred multiple times to get told in the end that "someone" will call me back. Always end up having to go back to sales person to get corrections - yes, corrections with an S- as in multiple bill problems. You get locked into a contract that you can only term by buying your way out. Service is horrible. Do not waste your time or trust your sensitive documents to this company. You will regret every second.
