fantastic
I have been a "client" of Dr Tolbert and his staff for close to 10 years. He has always answered all my questions and has helped me through the loss of a few pet family members. He is an animal lover himself and is always ready to go the extra step to help.
Dr Tolbert is one of a kind. I truly would be lost without him.
