Many of us have uttered this phrase - I think deep down we all look for signs - They can mark a small change in creature comforts, routine - or in bigger things like switching jobs, being closer to loved ones, re-locating for more sunshine, less crowds, more adventure, or less of a commute. We all want signs that things are moving the right way. Dear homeowner or future homeowner - consider this your sign. If you're selling or buying a home in the North Atlanta area, Debbie Redford is an amazing Realtor that is experienced, capable, caring, honest and knowledgeable about your market. As a former member of her team - working with her for over 10 years, I know first hand the training, heart and thought she puts into every facet of her business. When my husband and I got married, we needed to find a home that would fit our dreams for a large family. Debbie listened intently to our needs and found us the perfect home within our budget. As my parents moved towards retirement, I could think of no one more qualified than Debbie to help them with downsizing/re-locating to be closer to their children and grandchildren. After Debbie sold their home in less than a week, she helped them find their current home that was a perfect blend of low-maintenance, elegance and spaciousness. I hope you make the best choice for you and your family - Color it Sold with Debbie Redford. You will be glad you did.

Debbie Redford's Color It Sold team was incredible. Her team sold our house in 2 weeks. She had a wonderful man who came by often to make sure we had flyers. Her team stayed in constant contact throughout the process. She gave us excellent staging tips for free. Her ads and materials were excellent. Negotiations with the buyer went smoothly. She had an impressive follow up system. Have recommended her to friends.

They have hired my wife to work as listing coordinator when they heard that she's looking for a house to buy, and they obligated her to user their agent! We did not find their agents useful, most of them are lazy enough. They push very hard to use their lender, and show their disappointment right to your face when you tell them you found better deal somewhere else. Their references to home inspectors and such are again based purely on their wish to make more money on you, rather than on quality of service. They laid my wife off with no explanation given the very next day after we have competed our purchase. Such "nice" and "decent" people. I would not recommend them and would never use them again.
