As an involved parent here, I see most everything
As an overall center, there are very few that I believe could provide better quality. The teachers try extremely hard to better themselves with training so that our children can learn not only the minimum, but much much more than that. They are not babysitters, They are their teachers and friends. The staff as a whole I believe care about what individual parents need more than what is "prefered" for the buisness itself. I've seen where they do everything in their power to figure out what information a parent asks them about and try their best to make the parents feel like they are not "shoving them out the door". As for the front/directors, There is so much that they have on their plates. Think about if you want to know why a two year old bit your child on their arm. There's probably many other parents wondering similar things such as how much they owe, when will their child move up classrooms, and so on. All those questions the front desk is bombarded with. So yes I do agree that sometimes the directors can seem as though they are much too busy, but I assure you that if you have a problem, you may call day or night and they will fix the problem that evening or the following morning. They do not ever brush things under the rug. They also do not think too highly of themselves. I have heard them apologize to parents on occation because of the way a staff memeber or director has come off to a parent.

Would recommend to anyone looking!
My son has been enrolled at Reflections since August 2009. I have truly enjoyed my experience with the facility. Before deciding,I toured other facilities in the area, yet nothing else compared. My child is currently in the older three year old classroom & is learning new experiences each day. I really appreciate the hard work from his teachers, Ms. Tia & Ms. Brittany. They are always eager to share information about my son, & seem to challenge him on a daily basis. My husband & I have seen little to no turnover in staff since we started attending, just some adjustment in staff schedules around her college class schedule but always with the same sub. I noticed an older child in the class when picking up, and I myself questioned the director regarding the older boy. I was told he attended a different school disrict that did not start when Paulding County Schools started & the child would only be there temporarily during the school hours. She was right because he was only there for a couple of weeks & since has began school in his disrict & is no longer in the classroom. I was not concerned in there decision, because based on my own experiences & observing other families, I feel the facility attempts to accommodate all families & assist in their concerns in an honest & respectful manner. I couldn't be any happier with my choice of child care & we are looking forward to next year when he moves up into the Private Pre-K. I recommend this facility to any family.

Questionable childcare practices.
After a month of sending our child there-we found out that they were allowing a 6yr old boy to be taught in the 3yr old classroom. How is this developmentally appropriate??? There were also many incidents of hitting and biting. We noticed a high staff turnover, poor teacher-student ratios (too many kids in a class),and a general lack of classroom management & discipline. They say all the right things and look great at first, but in my opinion, this place does not provide quality or safe childcare.

Keep Looking
Would not recommend I have read the various reviews listed. Just thought I should share my experience too. The front desk and the staff were very friendly during their first interactions with us. But, things were not always the same. When they were not able to deliver what they promised, they changed very abruptly according to the situation. It was then that I realized that they can make up excuses and vivid stories to try to prove that they are always right. They can even lie their way out. They are not honest about a lot of things and I was very surprised to know that they are very good in fabricating stories.I just want to make a point to the parents - how can we trust our children with with such staff when they know how to wiggle their way out of situations. It would have been more honorable to just say - ' Yeah, it did happen and what is it that we can do to revert the situation'. Especially when it involves little children, its always better to be safe than sorry. Needless to say I have since then taken my children out.

Top Notch!
This is the finest daycare facility in Dallas and probably would rate among the best in the Atlanta Metro area. The teachers are dressed professionally and really care about the kids in their care. AND the kids are NOT being entertained by watching TV or movies all day long. There isn't a TV in any one of the rooms. Each teacher has a curriculum to follow to keep the kids busy all day long. Arts, crafts learning, singing, outside activities and learning manners. I can go on and on about this facility - but you need to check it out for yourself. The daycare rates are reasonable. You definitely get your moneys worth here.
