Used them for my Infiniti G35C warranty work along with my Titan truck....last Friday had to replace my 3rd Nissan battery which failed the day before...was able to jump it off and drove the truck to where I purchased it at the dealer on Pleasant Hill Nissan...received rude service there and they needed the receipt from 3 years ago from Regal who installed #2 replacement...I said look at the battery and note the date installed....I was getting no where with them & left for the 15 mile drive to Regal....Regal service said we will do a pro rata on it...which I expected...the young tech installed it wrong/loose...met the service mgr., Steve Vaughn who actually noted the loose battery....he went inside & retruned with tools and he correctly installed it & said there will be no labor charge...then he noticed the positive ground clamp was defective/worn....he also replaced it........get this: final ocst $58!! When I was about to write this review a business QC rep. (Pam) called at 6:30 p.m.to check on my visit...I said I was writing a Kudzu review as we speak(my company has been listed with Kudzu for over 12 years)....best visit to Regal in years.......

I have written this review elsewhere but this dealer is worth reposting Bought a used 2013 Altima. Most of the deal was done on internet or over phone. I live about 40 miles away and didn't want to go there and hassle all day. After making an offer they said we were close so i went there. Didn't appraise my used car for what I wanted but was probably close to what it was worth as it had 192,000 miles on it and the check engine light was on. They made an offer and i made a counter offer and they accepted it with no problem. If you want a used car, I would highly recommend talking to Chandler Van as he wasn't pushy at all and seemed to be genuinely concerned with making me happy. Only problem i had was I had to wait about an hour to talk to the finance guy but I am glad I did as he got me a finance rate that was half of what I had been approved for at my credit union. Dan Hoffenberg was the finance guy and he was very considerate and also seemed to be genuinely concerned about getting me the best deal. He even called up somebody personally to get a fantastic rate. Chandler explained the car to me and has answered a few questions I have had about it since the purchase. Would definitely go back if I ever want another used car. I don't usually write reviews unless I have an exceptional experience and with Regal everything was exceptional.

Never thought a downright rude car dealer existed - but one Mr.Randy Dombrosky at the Regal Nissan dealership soured the whole experience... Furious at his attitude! Had a really bad experience when we came in today to test drive a car. Your sales people need to be taught the meaning of courtesy, if not salesmanship! Had considered a Nissan for the first time, and am already regretting it. Mr.Randy Dombrosky needs a crash course on being a salesman.

Regal Nissan is a standup dealership. I purchased a used truck from Regal last month. I got a great deal and enjoyed working with Hugh in used cars. The truck developed a problem roughly 25 days after I purchased it. I found out the repair could cost as much as $1000. I was not happy at this point. I spoke with Mike Shockley (used car manager)and he took care of the repair. This is customer service! The truck was purchased "as is". He legally did not have to take care of the repair but did anyway. I will highly recommend Regal now and in the future. Thank you Regal (Bo Scott, Mike Shockley, Hugh O'Donnell).

I just purchased a used vehicle from Regal Nissan. I dealt with a salesman by the name of Daryl Heinrich and he provided a service that I would never even assume I could ask for. I always take a used car I'm considering buying to my mechanic. The hard part is figure out my work schedule around the time my mechanic is available to check it out. After telling Daryl this, he quickly offered to take it to my mechanic for me. Really?! My mechanic was about 45 minutes away each way and he would have to wait for it and of course there was no guarantee I would even buy the car. That service alone is worthy of a 5 star review. The rest of the buying process was done well also.

Easy and professional to deal with. This is where I ended up purchasing a vehicle. Small amount of haggling, which is to be expected; but not the nightmare stories you hear about. I worked with Michael O'Ryan who went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. I went back to Regal because Gwinnett Place hosed me on service a while back and I remembered one time when I stopped in at Regal on a late Sunday and they were too busy to fix my car right then, but they plugged in the machine to figure out why the check engine light was on, printed the report and basically said anyone can fix it and it won't hurt to drive around for a week or two with it as is - I've forgotten what the problem was, but I remembered them taking 5 minutes to give me some piece of mind (at no charge). It's a longer drive, but so far they have earned every bit of my trust.

I bought a very low mileage used vehicle for my wife from Regal Nissan online and from out-of-state (pretty scary). The deal wasn't the best one might find, but acceptable for the condition I expected (Above Average Value rating). I don't drive it often, so unexpected problems with it (Average Quality rating) built up over more than just a few days. The AMAZING part is that they agreed the problems should have been addressed before delivery and immediately sent me a check to cover my local out-of-pocket expense to get them fixed. That's the GREAT SERVICE and the GREAT OVERALL rating part! I HIGHLY recommend Regal Nissan - whether shopping online, out-of-state, in-state, or just stopping by!

I generally have shopped at Carmax for the last 8 years due to the no haggle pricing and knowing that the car was okay, but I saw a web special on a used Nissan Pathfinder that was exactly what I was looking for, so despite not liking dealerships I went to take a look. From the moment I stepped on the lot I was treated incredibly well. I brought my own financing, but their finance manager Chris Garcia was able to beat my interest rate by 3%!. A week after I bought the car I had an issue, because of the distance to the dealership I could only bring it in for service on weekends, Bob Maples, our salesperson drove all the way up to my house, picked up the car and left me a loaner vehicle so it could be looked at earlier. I am amazed at the customer service, especially after the sale when they could have said its my problem now. Not sure if Bob and Chris are an example of everyone at Regal or the exception, but after such a great experience I will be shopping there for my cars going forward!

since doing business with this place for over 15 years,,and spending most all one can save,,the service writer,,paul i think,,wrote on a repair part that was incorrect,,besides the fear factor of if this was safe to even leave the dealership,,the 27 point inspection is always a treat to find out what else they can fix,,at your cost,,no matter who broke it,,interesting,,and the 27 point inspection always has something,,,be careful if they write up a part,,that might be unsafe,,because they will have you delayed 2 days or more to get that part in,,even if you schedule a day to fix it,,just never know...amazing how they seem to work deals on everything,,to make you think,,your getting a good deal,,the lounge s,,ks,,too,, more to come later,,

Arriving at 10:30am (that I consider late to visit a dealer ) in a rainy cold Tuesday , Robbie Jennings saw me and asked me to park inside of the droop area. Immediately took care of me, asked me basic questions, I told him what happened at the place I took my car that morning, He gave me exactly the information I needed to know about the code that the computer of my car showed and the 2 options that may correct the problem, with estimated costs and time to complete the job. in less than 5 minutes ! After 1 hour ( 30 minutes earlier that he told me ) got a call from him, "CAR IS READY" ! He directed me to the cashier ( very nice ladies with a big SMILE ! ) I saw my invoice invoice ( no hidden charges ) just what he told me , paid and pick up my car that was parked at the front of the line ! He even wave his hand when I left. Never had a service like that!, NICE , FAST, HONEST. Nissan Regal and Robbie Jennings got a client for life. Thanks S. Alanis

Unless of course you like the old-fashioned, run around version of car buying. If you do any kind of research before you buy, you'll know more than your sales person. Once you get past that, this is one of those dealers where you ultimately have to guess how they came up with their pricing. They won't furnish details, because then it would be obvious how outrageous their pricing really is. Save yourself some time and head on out to any of the other metro Atlanta Nissan dealers. Looks like their service department really sucks, so why set yourself up by buying here in the first place?

Loved it! I called around and got two other phone quotes before checking with Regal Nissan. Wasn't too impressed with some of their previous Kudzu reviews so I was skeptical but scheduled anyway because they were within the range of the other independent mechanics. They met and exceeded expections and beat their turnaround time by two days. (Had the car towed there, at 6pm on a Friday and they called me by 3pm on Saturday to say the work was done.) The quote was exactly what was quoted on the phone to me. Water pump replaced. The car drives great and I'm back on the road! Very happy with my experience.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE @REGAL NISSAN BODYSHOP ARE THE WORSE!!! The guys that work there are non-friendly!!! It's like talking to a brick wall. No personality! They are RUDE!!! They don't call you when it's ready! They jacked up labor to make up the difference in discounts.

Prices are outlandish, easily twice what you'd expect to pay elsewhere. Plenty of gloom and doom attempts to upsell things you don't need. The service is slow, 45 min for an oil change, however they do throw in a "free" exterior wash and vaccum. If you've overpaid for service that's hardly free, though. A coupon may make the visit tolerable to our wallet, but be prepared to take what they say with a grain of salt, and to wait awhile.
