I just purchased a used vehicle from Regal Nissan. I dealt with a salesman by the name of Daryl Heinrich and he provided a service that I would never even assume I could ask for. I always take a used car I'm considering buying to my mechanic. The hard part is figure out my work schedule around the time my mechanic is available to check it out. After telling Daryl this, he quickly offered to take it to my mechanic for me. Really?! My mechanic was about 45 minutes away each way and he would have to wait for it and of course there was no guarantee I would even buy the car. That service alone is worthy of a 5 star review. The rest of the buying process was done well also.

I recently was assigned to a project in Atlanta and not knowing which company to use for work on my Xterra I hit the internet and made several calls. A co-worker recommended Regal and they ended up not only being the best cost (less then $430 from all other bids) but by far the best personal service I have received in a very long time. Marshall responded to all of my questions either by phone or on the internet and when I went to check my car in Sue helped me with all the details. They gave me a ride to work, picked me up and my car was ready to go. And before leaving Marshall explained to me what had been done. I will definitely be going back. They are head and shoulders above.

Easy and professional to deal with. This is where I ended up purchasing a vehicle. Small amount of haggling, which is to be expected; but not the nightmare stories you hear about. I worked with Michael O'Ryan who went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. I went back to Regal because Gwinnett Place hosed me on service a while back and I remembered one time when I stopped in at Regal on a late Sunday and they were too busy to fix my car right then, but they plugged in the machine to figure out why the check engine light was on, printed the report and basically said anyone can fix it and it won't hurt to drive around for a week or two with it as is - I've forgotten what the problem was, but I remembered them taking 5 minutes to give me some piece of mind (at no charge). It's a longer drive, but so far they have earned every bit of my trust.

I was searching for a new SUV for my mother on the internet and this is where I met Robert from Regal Nissan from internet sales. Later that week we met Robert to see the new Rogue. He was excellent! They gave my mother a great deal on her trade in and was extremely professional and sincere. Robert was very knowledgeable and even agreed to meet my mom on his day off to explain how to use the navigational system in it. (She is 66 and quite electronically challenged!). I reccommend Robert to anyone how is looking for a new or used vehicle!
