Regina's business practice is two-faced. The shopping experience was great at first. Regina was sweet, and she was not pushy or snobby. Once I purchased my gown, it arrived over eight weeks late, and it was two sizes too small. Regina was very difficult. When my mom showed her how my gown wouldn't fit, Regina freaked-out, shoved my mom in a chair and started tugging on the zipper. She blamed me for gaining weight. Then she said I was retaining water. Then she said the company messed-up. I overheard her tell the seamstress that she ordered the wrong size. My wedding was two weeks away. Regina offered to do alterations on the store's sample gown for free. She tried to charge us full price, and only gave in a little after a lot of arguing and legal threats. I almost didn't have a dress for my wedding, and we paid over 350 dollars for an altered sample gown. Please, don't support this business.

Long story short: Ordered everyone the wrong size BM dress- does a person with a 27 inch waist wear a size 12? When confronted, REGINA told my mother she was a HORRIBLE CUSTOMER! Great service, huh? We were told they could reorder dresses but the wedding is a week away! She would not pay for our alterations for her mistake. Read these reviews people, DO NOT give her any business!

Horrible people, horrible service. They ruined my gown and I had to buy another one 3 days before my wedding. I have been waiting 4 years for them to go out of business! I am so glad to hear they are gone!

A very laid back place, no stress, easy to find stuff, can just walk in and look. She really works with you to try to find what you really want and not kill your budget at the same time

My best friend chose bridesmaid dresses from this shop. We picked them out in March and were told that they would be available in a 3-4 weeks. Four months later, when they finally arrived, the dresses didn't fit us- all four bridesmaids would have to have the dress altered. Only one bridesmaid had her dress altered at this shop, where she was overpriced and they did an awful job. Her dress was still too long and too tight. The bride also got her dress altered there and two weeks before the wedding it still didn't fit (she ended up just having to deal with it) and the shop got a black stain on her beautiful dress. Trust me, Regina's is the WORST shop ever. Do NOT waste your time.
