In December they changed computer systems. Not only did they delete my husband from the account, but they messed up my money as well. I had many checks bounce. I had to show up to stores and give them cash for the bounced checks. Regions did cover the fees, but caused a lot of trouble for me. I also ordered a new check card for my husband a month ago and still have not recieved it. I just found out that the information to add my husband back to the account has not been processed yet. I think it's time to just switch banks.

Ramona Butler and Debbie Sexton go out of their way for their customers. Both ladies offer additional information to help customers. You never feel "rushed" to complete business so they can help someone else.
