I opened up my Regions account in New Orleans in 2000. After Katrina, I relocated here to Woodstock and used this particular branch. A few times they either 'lost' my deposit because they didn't know which account to put it into (even though they had, and admitted they had, a deposit slip - because it was a LA account not a GA account, this apparently stumped them!), or whenever I would go through the drive-thru teller it would take them double the time to 'locate' the account to deposit money into. Whenever I had questions or problems with my account, I would go to this branch for help, but found only grumpy employees who tried many times to MAKE ME open up a GA account - why? My account was open in LA and was FINE (and I wasn't sure if we were staying GA or not) so why should I open a new one and have to go through all the trouble of switching account numbers with all my bill paying internet sites??? Anyways - they treated me bad enough so I took my business elsewhere...across the street to Bank of America where I have been VERY happy ever since!
