My dentist told me I needed 7 crowns. When he kept pressuring me to do them immediately I decided to change dentists. Dr Reilly was so sweet, patient, and caring and ended up doing 1 crown and 3... fillings and my teeth haven't had a single problem in the 5 years since. At the time it would have cost me over $5k out of pocket had I not decided to change dentists not to mention the time and pain it would have cost me. I'll be with the Reilly's until one of us retires!VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

Every single... visit with Reilly Dental leaves a beautiful smile on mine and my family's faces. My children have been Reilly Dental patients from their very first toddler checkup and they are never afraid to go to the dentist. I could not imagine my family going anywhere else. Dr Tom and Susan are the most caring, honest, gentle dentists I have ever encountered. Plus my teeth look and feel like a million bucks!
Yes, I love my new dentists and their whole office. It has been many years since I have been to the dentist. Don't ask. I actually first came across Dr Tom and Susan Reilly during a tv story about them saving people during the snowpocalypse. I thought to myself that if I could ever muster up the courage to get to the dentist they were the only people I wanted to see. Still I didn't go. Then in talking to neighbors and friends I met 2 families that were their patients who raved about them which is insane since we live well over an hour away from their office. So I took that as a sign that I should go. I did and it was truly the best dental visit of my life as were every visit since. Both Dr Tom and Susan are as gentle, genuine and wonderful as they seem and their staff is great as well. My smile looks better than I ever would have dreamed and it was not nearly as costly or as awful as I thought it would be. Yes, I love you Reilly Dental.
We've been going to Reilly DDS about 10 yrs.The staff is so caring and sweet, Dr's are both amazing!
Reilly Dental is a class act! They are so friendly and their work is top notch. I've been through my fair share of sub-par dentists and I thank my lucky stars that I found Reilly. The prices may be a tad higher in comparison to other dentists, but they're worth every penny. Trust me, the last thing you want is a cheap hack-job dentist (been there, done that). Reilly has fixed all of my issues caused by previous dentists and I've now been a patient for 4+ years. I wish someone would've warned me of the importance of having a good dentist a long time ago. Now I only trust my teeth to Reilly!
I have never written a kudzu review but people need to know how good this office is. I first went here 13 years ago and have seen other dentists since (due to insurance coverage)but the others, fine dentists themselves, paled in comparison on all levels. I had another dentist tell me that a root canal/crown was my only option. Dr. Tom took one look, gave me a simple filling and I have been fine ever since. Didn't go in for 4 years and they greeted me by name when I walked in.I have horrible teeth that need work done more than most and I have never had one ounce of pain, nor one bad experience. Plus they have an excellent front desk staff that will work with you as far as insurance and payments. The only downside here is that they have such a great reputation that its hard to get an appointment if you are not already a patient (Like my wife). That's because everybody wants to come here. When I tell people about the Dr.s' Reilly they often ask which one they should see. I always tell them that it doesn't matter because both Tom and Susan are the best dentists I have ever seen. Both exceptional at not only the dental work but also explaining what needs to be done and why. I will continue to go here even though my(crappy HMO style) new insurance will not cover it. Some things in life are worth the money, this is one.-- Nathan R Willis.
Dentist is good but billing stuff is very rude and disrespectful. Regret to come to office. bad experience!!
We would be so appreciative if you wouldn't mind detailing the specifics of your situation. We are unable to correct and improve on our commitment to the treatment of our patients without knowing how we fell short of your expectations. Thank you in advance for your time. Sincerely, Drs Tom & Susan Reilly
I arrived at Tom's office needing a filling and a crown to replace a cracked tooth according to prior dentist visit before moving to Marietta. The staff were all wonderful and helpful. After a brief assessment, Tom showed me how he would fix the cold sensitivity (not "filling") and save the solid tooth. He proceeded to do so in less than 30 minutes, without injection or drilling, at a fraction of the cost my former dentist would have charged for a filling and crown. What a personal blessing! Thanks so much, Dr. Tom Reilly. Paul Davis
They were so kind to work with my busy schedule and got me in quickly. the staff was so kind and did a great job
Great people, great service! Very friendly staff! I would highly recommend this dental office to everybody.
Words cannot adequately express how wonderful these people are. To make a long story short, I have a large bridge that my dentist told me 5 years ago needed replaced. I did not have the money to do it so my family has scrimped and saved for the past 4 to 5 years. We had finally saved enough but before I got a new one, something told me to get a second opinion. I found this office and drove all the way from Covington because of their reviews. The office ladies were so friendly and the office was very nice. I saw the female Dr Reilly and she spent 30 minutes explaining to me with x-rays and showing me high definition pictures of my bridge and why I did not need a new one. You read that right, I did not need a new bridge! She said that the chipped porcelain did not necessarily mean that I needed a new bridge and she proceeded to fix the chip. I was flabbergasted and overcome. I cried with relief all the way home and again as I write this review. It was such wonderful news for my family and we took some of the money and took our first vacation in years and put the rest in savings. This was a year ago and I have not gone back for my cleanings since it is so far but I will go again if I ever need any dental work.
Reilly Dental did not have any availability to bring me in the day I called regarding my toothache. Thankfully, they STILL squeezed me in. Dr. Thomas ended up spending 35 min with me. It was the first time I felt comfortable with a dentist. At the time I was a patient with another practice - at checkout I requested Reilly Dental to capture all my dental records from my previous dental practice where I had been a patient for 15+ years. Exceptionally service with kind, caring staff who genuinely care for their patients.
Many other dentists have stated that my dental work done here is awful. It was also often painful besides when the male dentist did it who seems much more gentle and to care about patients more. Avoid for anything cosmetic.
We are truly troubled to read your review of our office as we are committed to providing the highest quality customer service and ensuring patient satisfaction. We have never received a request for your records from any of the dentists you have seen since your last visit to our office in 2010. Any future treating dentist will find your dental records which includes your models and lab communication invaluable since you have very specific look that you desire for your smile. Please contact our office so that we may assist you with your records transfer at no charge.

You faithfully brush your teeth twice a day and visit your family dentist regularly, but flossing? That's a different story. After all, with brushing and regular dentist visits, is it really that important? The answer is yes. Reilly Dental provides 3 reasons flossing is extremely important.
The spaces between your teeth may be too tight for the bristles of your toothbrush to reach, but they are not too tight for food particles and bacteria to hide out in. Eventually, food and bacteria buildup turns into plaque. Plaque can cause tooth decay, gum disease, and a number of other health issues including inflammation, heart disease, and stroke. Daily flossing can prevent this plaque buildup and improve oral... READ MORE »
If your teeth have crowding, spacing, an overbite, an underbite, or other problems, you may be considering braces to get the smile that you want. You can also consider Invisalign to help fix these problems without the discomfort and difficulties that come with braces.
Before you choose Invisalign, here are 5 things that you should know:
You know how important your teeth are. You use them all day as youíre eating and talking and smiling. It's important to keep doing those things with a full set of healthy teeth, which is why the team at Reilly Dental wants you to know how important regular dental visits are to your oral health.
You may not even know you have problems with your teeth until itís too late, which is why the checkup part of the visit is so important. A family dentist can help you identify areas of weakness and can check for plaque buildup or cavities in your teeth. The dentist will also check your gums, which are an often-overlooked area of the mouth.
Unhealthy gums can be a symptom of other diseases, and they can also... READ MORE »
