Dr. Reising was my orthodonist for 4 years and i currently still have retainer checkups with him. Initially I feared braces, but after Dr. Reising explained to me all that was to be done i was convinced that it would be in my best interest. With each visit i was always very pleasedalthough many see brace tightening as very painfulDr. Reising was always gentle and careful with me. In the event he had to use an instrument of discomfort he always reassuringly spoke in a voice to put me at ease. Dr. Reising a perfectionist and an artist with his work masterfully changed the appearance of facial features through the precise movement of my teeth.creating a masterpiece for all to see. I am very happy for all he has done for me. A smile speaks a thousand unspoken wordsit can make you or break you.I am proud to say MY SMILE has made me. I would recommend Dr.Reising and a heart beatbecause when I think about the smile and all that its WORTH
I take comfort and knowing Dr.Reising can CrEaTe a single smile, just like mine, and it could travel round the earth...

I have a hard time recommending Reising Orthodontics to anyone who might want good service in addition to good treatment. Initially his staff is friendly, but once you are locked into a contract, the formerly friendly staff suddenly became reluctant to do anything extra to accommodate you or otherwise be responsive. I have actually heard them laughing about their customers who complain (they seem content that customers complain - not like they'd actually brainstorm to think of ways to offer better service) - I was sitting in the waiting room when I heard them explaining to someone that they get people who complain all the time. They are "sometimey" about returning calls, emails and voicemails - sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. This weekend someone asked me about my teeth, needless to say, I did not refer them to Reising.

Dr. Reising seems knowledgeable. That said, I don't think his staff is the friendliest, most professional or the most accommodating. When I spend this type of money, I like exceptional service - Reising doesn't deliver. I think your teeth will turn out fine, but not without back office hassle. No thanks. I just don't see any reason to spend thousands of dollars and not have my phone calls returned. I can hire a lawyer for that.

I have been seeing Dr. Reising for over a year and as much as I dislike any kind of dental or orthodontic services, I really look forward to my visits. He is professional and achieves the results you want FAST. Professional, courteous and so accommodating. I even fly in from Belgium to see him. No way would I go to anyone else!! If you need orthodontic care, you owe it to yourself to see him for a consultation. One of my best investments!!

I have been a patient at Reising Orthodontics for a year and have been very pleased with my overall experience. The staff is professional and courteous; Donna is my favorite! I appreciate the fact that they remain on schedule for my appointments and are able to get me in and out quickly. Although I dreaded having braces, they have made it a pleasant experience for me. I highly recommend them.
