Absolutely awful experience. Manicurist did NOTHING but put a clear coat of polish on my husband's nails. He wanted them cleaned up before my brother's wedding. I could have done better myself. What's worse, I paid for it in full, with tip, and when I called after seeing this awful manicure up close, all they could offer was that I come back in. The wedding was in half hour...no way was that going to happen. Then, despite the fact that my sign-in clearly states I live in Boston, they suggested that they could credit me for future service. Clearly not the brightest characters working here. I've called multiple times since this happened in June, it is now September, and NOT ONE manager has resolved this issue to date.
