I gave Reliable a call on Wed. afternoon after hearing their advertisment on the radio. The Tech.( Darryl) was at my residence @ 8:30 the next morning to assess my situation. Fri. morning @ 8 a.m. A complete heat pump & A/C change out began. The work performed by Raul & Josh was flawless,Clean,and finished by 6 p.m. These guys are "PROS'. For Fast,Friendly,Awesome Service, give them a call. I know I will.

I just used Reliable to replace my water heaters. Chris McKinney & Matt Balles did the work here.Chris gave me great advise on the selection of my new water heater.They are so nice and honest and their pricing is fair. I really cn't say enough nice things about them. I will use them again, for sure. Sincerely, Elaine Kahn

I had a complete two-unit replacement including new ducting (with zone control) for the basement and first floor, an upstairs unit, new water heater and plumbing relocation (done by Reliable’s plumbing department). This was a difficult installation because maximizing basement ceiling height was a priority. The installation crew (Raul, Robbie, Mike, Rada and Evan) did a great job, working over several days. With such a large and demanding job there were some corrections that needed to be made as is to be expected. However, at all times I felt that the crew and Louie (quality control and field supervisor) had my best interests in mind and doing the best install possible was job one. This leaves me with no doubt that the future operation and service of my systems will be trouble free.

Fantastic team and experience at Reliable, from sales (Chris Gleaves) to installation (Gary Carter, Bobby Lee and Jeff P). Best $$ spent! Top notch outfit. Don't waste your time anywhere else!!

This is a really good company. From the very beginning when Forrest gave me a quote for a furnace/ac replacement, through Stephanie the scheduler and then the installation team Dustin and Gary. Everyone I talked with were very professional and Dustin and Gary did a superior installation job. When I get ready to replace my upper furnace/ac I will definitely call Reliable.
