They came to my storage unit and quoted me $400. When they arrived at my new apartment they refused to give me stuff until I paid them an additional $1000 without warning! Don't trust me only on this - check out these websites and the dozens of similar complaints: ripoffreport.com, .123movers.com

Relocation Van Lines' movers will steal from you and then overcharge you. We hired Relocation Van Line for an out of state move. Their movers stole items from every single room in our house including 2 computers, iPod, xBox, camera, printer, video camera, artwork, silverware, etc! They took almost $7000 worth of our belongings and haven't even so much as apologized or offered a refund. To top it off, once they picked up our stuff, they told us that it would cost more than 50% more than the original quote! If we didn't pay in cash the dramatically higher price, then they wouldn't unload our belongings. This company has a track record of doing this. Google "relocation van lines, chicago" and you'll find all the information you need to know not to hire this company!
