Renewal Design-Build

We own a bungalow and recently completed a major renovation with Renewal that included renovating the kitchen, renovating two bathrooms, reallocating space to create a master suite, and updating the systems in the house. The design was better than anything we could have imagined and fits our style completely. The execution of the design was done with the utmost professionalism and craftsmanship -- from the tile work, to the floors, to the carpentry. The few times an issue came up or something unexpected presented itself, it was resolved to our 100% satisfaction. Renewal is not only made up of knowledgeable and competent staff, but is also focused on making sure its customers are pleased with the outcome. All of the Renewal staff we met and spoke with, whether they were directly involved in our project or not, were genuine, friendly, professional, and always eager to see how they could help us through the process. At heart, Renewal is a local business committed to its community, and as former clients, we feel like Renewal treated us like valued neighbors as well as valued clients.

The combination of energy audit, recommendation of energy upgrades sequenced with design, demolition, and actual renovation worked very well for me. Things happened in an orderly process, with allowance for the energy work in the midst of the renovation efforts, or vice versa. I believe I could not have orchestrated it all by myself. Having skilled Renewal people communicating throughout was key. I'm very pleased with the results.

Our project was fairly simple-- a new deck, but we needed some design help. Our project manager was very good at helping us define our goals and complete the design. The quality of the work and the professionalism of the craftsmen was exceptional.

I was pleased with the work that Renewal Design Build did at my house. They are flexible and had a good attitude about helping me out and i would recommend them to other people.

There's not much room for "design" in my condo's bathroom, but Renewal did a fabulous job ripping out the tub and putting in a walk-in (cultured marble) shower with ample support behind the walls for future grab-bars (I'm looking to "age in place" here) The vanity was re-furbished as well, with new counter top & faucet. Best of all, they kept an eye on my budget. No extravagances included unless I could afford it. They also worked fast, so that I wouldn't be without a shower for too many days. I love these guys.
