I run my own small business; a car detailing shop to be exact. I have little time to fix and or install anything given my scheduel. I called this contractor to come out and gave him a list of these thigns to do. I was very happy with the quality and care he took not to make any mess in my buiness as he worked. Highly recommend.

Michael came to me by recommendation from my best friend. Although I had in back of mind various projects for my 2 bedroom / 2 bath twenty year old condo in Midtown, I could not gather up enough courage for renovation both aesthetic and financial to embark on a big project till I met Michael. For the different projects I had in mind, Michael gave detailed estimates breaking them down. His estimates were not cheap but reasonable. Once hired for the project, from the initial meet till this day, Michael has been professional, friendly, always eager to help and most importantly very easy to talk to about anything anytime and he always answered to my satisfaction. He went above and beyond helping me with the design, choosing paint colors and tile and every other little detail. He worked with my schedule that included him working in the evenings and weekends and made the process as easy as possible. Michael did an amazing job renovating both the bathrooms and installing hardwood floors throughout the condo (except the two bedrooms). I am extremely satisfied with his work and the attention he paid to minute details and keeping the project within budget and on time. And my friends and family are amazed with the transformation and his work has definitely made my neighbors jealous! I have recommended Michael to my friends and neighbors for the fabulous job he did renovating my condo. You go Spichael!

Michael and his crew did an awsome job. They were professional, courteous, quick and clean. I recommend Spichael without reservation.

Michael did a wonderful job laying tile and painting our condo. His work is superb and I wish he had laid the tile in our other bathroom! He came back twice after the work was completed to touch up the paint and offered to come back again. We will use Renovations by Spichael again!!

Michael put custom built in's into our family room and we constantly receive compliments on them. He works until the job is done to his liking and ours as well as cleans up after himself which is nice when saw dust is involved. Very responsible and hard working.
