Once they have your money the customer service goes out the door. Very frustrating trying to get someone to call you back. We had an appointment twice with our installer and twice we had to break it due to the fact that our cabinet was not delivered. They told both us and the installer it would be delivered but would never tell us the day/time, just that it would be done by each weekend. Weekend gets there, not delivered. Next week the same thing. No returned phone calls either to tell us what was going on and no calls to tell us the cabinet had arrived at their store. If your project requires someone to actually communicate with you, I'd definitely suggest going elsewhere to purchase cabinets.
