Leo did my home energy audit and worked around my availability and did a great job. I got my report within a few days and was able to take action to make some improvements soon after this audit.

I would highly recommend RBA to anyone looking for a quality deep-level energy audit. Leo went through our house with a fine tooth comb, using infrared, blower door, duct blaster, etc to find all the spots where we should focus for the highest impact. His quite detailed report was annotated with pictures and guidance on trouble areas. While he was here, he was more than happy to spend the extra time explaining as he went.

Aside from the fact that he really knows what he is talking about and was very patient in explaining things - what I appreciated the most was focus. There are so many areas we could spend time and money on in our 1986 house, he was quite valuable in telling us where NOT to focus or waste money, given the low return on that investment. Having his guidance has been extremely helpful as I engage other contractors to do work - so I know what I need and not what they want to sell me. Big example being insulation companies that wanted to drown my attic in blown insulation, above what is really warranted.

I contacted Leo for an energy audit on my small older home in Decatur. He was very pleasant to work with and extremely thorough. He went everywhere from the remote corners of the attic to the shallowest part of the crawlspace. He gave lots of helpful information and explained the procedures he was using. I would recommend his services without reservation. Also, the Georgia Power rebate program makes the value of this service very reasonable.

We decided to take advantage of an Energy Audit for our home and after speaking with several companies, we chose Residential Building Assessments and could not have been more pleased. Leo offered excellent service through every step. He explained all aspects of the audit, walked us through problem areas, offered solutions, and was more than happy to answer any questions we had throughout the process. We could not have been more pleased with his service. I was extremely satisfied with this company and would call again in the future. I will recommend them to my family and friends.

I found Leo and RBA on the GA Power website as a provider of Energy Star audits. I contacted him via email, he gave me good information and a quote so we scheduled the audit. We had to reschedule due to the weather and he was very accommodating to my schedule. He did a very thorough audit of my home and provided many pictures in the report. Since I was available, he walked me around pointing out various things he found. Best of all, he prioritized which changes would make the most difference and add the most value. He even gave me an approximate idea of the cost so I could start getting quotes from people to do the work. Overall, it was a great experience working with Leo, I learned a lot about my house and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for an energy audit.
