Honest, Reliable and Great Customer Service
I had recently posted an unfavorable review of this company due to a misunderstanding that occurred. However, I am completely retracting my post. Immediately after the miscommunication, I was personally contacted by Eddie of Restor-It and he was extremely professional, courteous and did everything that he could to correct the matter. In fact, he did so to 100% of my satisfaction. His technician came back out to clean the carpet and he could not have been nicer or courteous and was extremely professional. This company prides itself on customer service and they went above and beyond that to satisfy me. I would definitely recommend Restor-It and I will be using them again. I couldn't be happier and owe it to Eddie who wanted to correct the situation and did so immediately. Do not hesitate to use this company as they are honest, reliable and care about their customers.
