Disappointing Service
The product was good but the service and follow up were below par. Did not have enough product to complete job and no call to apologize or say when it would be in. I had to call to find out that info. Installation below par and many problems. No final review or call about my call to them about problems I encountered. Once sold-seems they forgot about customer service.

Great Company!
I was very pleased with the work Restor-it did on my hardwood floors. They brought back to life the 45 year old original white oak flooring to it's original glory. Price was very competitive and the work was first rate. These guys were very fast and efficient and I would highly recomend them if you need to restore your original hardwood floors.

Disappointed
Had subfloor squeaks repaired, I thought is was a great job. After they left, problem area with squeaks again. Called to come back next day, said they would not come back. Poor customer service.

Above and Beyond
wanted a higher grade wood that I couldn't afford. Bob bent over backwards to come up with a perfect option for a very reasonable price that looks better than what I thought I wanted. Installers put in the entire main floor in 2 days over Christmas holidays, cleaned up, and were out. It has been 3 years and they are still as gorgeous as when installed.

Great first visitthen I emailed twice, left a message with someone in the office and NEVER heard back. Bummer because they seemed knowledgeable and reasonable....
