Customer service was stellar and the job completed beautifully by a great crew who cleaned up after!
My husband and I discovered a leak in a closet that backed up to the guest bath shower. Leak fixed, we had water soaked drywall that needed to be dried out and repaired. I found Restor-It right here... on Kudzu and what a great experience Josh and Shane came out within a relatively short period of time and place the proper equipment to do it's job. They also repaired the drywall and repainted and you would never know there had been a problem. They were reasonably priced and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of service!VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

Restor-It just cleaned all of the carpet in my home, an area rug, couch and 2 chairs. They did a great job! The gentleman that came was extremely nice. They were not able to get one stain out, but I'm not sure anyone else could have either. I called multiple companies and theirs was the best value by far. Definitely recommend them!

Well, in East Point, we always joke that we are a little behind the rest of Atlanta. However, we flooded on the Saturday before everyone else flooded on the following day. We got a referral from the wonderful contractor that did our basement renovation and called Restor-It. They called us back almost immediately and sent a crew out at once. The crew called us to confirm the address and were there in 30 minutes. They surveyed the flooding in the basement, told us what they needed to do to fix it and got started at once. We told them we didn't have flood insurance and would be paying for this ourselves out of pocket. The crew then reduced some costs for us which made their job a little more difficult but saved us a lot of money. For example, they could have had a dumpster delivered to the house and put all of the debris into it. Instead, they took a big portion of the debris with them that first day and checked in with us to make sure we could handle disposing of the rest. That saved us around $500 to a $1000! They also used two fewer dehumidifiers than usual but said that if the humidity in the basement didn't decrease enough, they would have to put in the two additional. Good news, the humidity dropped enough so we saved on the rental of the two machines! Our flooding wasn't horrible-we didn't have water to the eaves of the house and some of the drywall in some areas didn't even get wet. But, these guys made our house just as much of a priority as everyone else's.

I hired Restorit to put in a new wooden floor in my Midtown Atlanta condo. The floor turned out great Bob was very helpful in making suggestions throughout the decision process. I was impressed that his crew was able to tear out the old floor, put down the sound proofing, and install the new floor in two days. I would recommend Restorit for any of your flooring needs.

I had my townhouse carpet serviced because of cat stains. Instead of being stuck buying a new carpet, the stains and even the odors were gone. Truly a remarkable job. I will use this company again when I have my stairs updated with hardwoods.

We added to some pre-existing hardwoods and they looked absolutely georgous. It looked like they were all completed at the same time. Also, we finished our basement with beautiful distressed hardwoods and carpet. The service was top notch and the installers were polite, courteous and hard working. I highly recommend Restor-it and would not think of calling anyone else.

Hired them after getting a referal from an apartment company that uses them to clean apartments. Expected just to get carpet cleaned but Steve said he could patch a damaged spot in dining room using a piece from the back of a closet. He did an excellent repair on area I thought couldn't be fixed. He did a fabulous job on several spots and the carpet looked terrific after cleaning. He also restretched a couple of places. His prices were reasonable for cleaning and the repairs were very fairly priced. I would definitely use him again.

We did a lot of research and was referred to Restor-It Flooring several times. We were a little skeptical since we had never heard of this company, but yet we had great recommendations. So we met with them and looked at our project and we decided to go with them. We were completely satisfied with the quality of the work and the professionality of their operation. We had a top quality carpet along with Australian Cypress hardwood installed at our Lake House and it's just beautiful.

A recent home remodeling job had me heading for the yellow pages to find someone to take care of my floor problems. I was not looking forward to having to pick from the numerous flooring companies that were advertised without knowing anything about them; however, that very day at lunch a friend of mine had made a comment on how satisfied he was with the work Restor-it had done for him recently. I didn't hesitate to call and have them come out, the service representative was prompt courteous and extremely knowledgeable. After seeing the project, he quickly offered a solution that ended up being perfect in every way. I honestly had expected to pay a lot more for what I got and I am so pleased with their work that I am planning on using them again. I hate that companies like this don't get top billing on all search engines, but I do hope that this testimony will help steer anyone to Restor-It to get the best all around products and service.
