Excellent medical practice, excellent physicians! My physician is Dr. Jason Schneider at the Hand Center, and he has performed two of my Trigger Finger surgeries over the past 6 years and will be performing a third surgery this summer. This is a very large and busy medical center. I have had excellent service all the way around from the front desk, the physician, the nursing staff, and office staff including their insurance director. I have never had to wait longer than 10 to 15 minutes to be seen. The appointments are quick, and the doctor is very friendly and to the point. It's ‘in and out' in a very reasonable period of time, and never have I felt rushed or dismissed. Now, if you are looking for a physician in a smaller practice with a small patient load with lots of time to discuss your family, your kids, and all of your other medical conditions, then you should probably go to a more low-key type of medical office. I highly recommend this Resurgens Orthopaedics.

I was a patient at Emory for years until my doctor left to take a job outside of the Atlanta area. I kept hearing great things about Resurgens so I decided to give them a try. My problem area was my right foot. The entire experience was 'hurry up and wait' with the doctor seemingly uninterested. Many hundreds of dollars later and after a pair of 'temporary' inserts messed up my back and put me into rehab to get it straightened out, I quickly moved back to Emory Ortho. I would not recommend this facility or group to anyone.

I have had nothing but great service at Resurgen's. I've mostly seen Dr. Dopson's PA, Lauren Muscgrove-Powell, She is very nice and knowledgeable and willing to listen to the whole problem. I don't think I've ever had to wait more than 15 minutes to be seen. In addition, the office staff is friendly and helpful. I was able to get a same day appointment when I had hurt my back and was upset and scared. Thank you everyone at Resurgen's, I think you guys are great.

After arriving at my appoinment early, I waited in the waiting room for almost 30 minutes. I was finally taken to have x-rays and then waited again in the exam room. When the doctor finally arrived, he literally spent 5 MINUTES with me racing through my exam and x-rays. He showed absolutely no interest in actually listening to my problem. All I have to show for this appointment is a useless knee brace that was a total waste of money... Please dont waste you time and money going to this place!!

i have never had an issue with them. i've gone twice to rehabilitate my shoulder after a baseball injury, and for them to look at a sore knee I had. They are very friendly and professional. I always really respect their opinion. I believe some of the trainers work for profesional teams, too.

I have been going to Resurgens since January. I went for a problem with my foot. After x-rays, tests, etc, I received my orthodics. After no relief whatsover, and waiting 40 minutes or so, even with an appointment, they adjusted them. Still no relief. Came back again, with a set appointment of 2pm. Didn't even get called back to a patient room until 45 minutes had past. Waited another 10-15 minutes, and I had finally had enough. Got my x-rays and a refund on my orthodics and left. I am sure they are wonderful doctors, but their business itself is run horribly.

I did not have such good luck. I am still in pain 9 months after my first appointment, but what I really can't stand is getting bills that you can't understand. They never matched the EOB that I received from my insurance company, and to top it off, the lady in charge of billing is RUDE! I've been going to Emory for the last few months, so far I have gotten some relief and the bills match my insurance EOB to the penny!

I have been to resurgens for many sports-related injuries. The doctors are first class and do not try to keep you from whatever workout you enjoy -- useless that's the only option.
