My doggie recently relocated to RNR from another daycare facility in the vicinity. The customer service is MUCH better. The "playcare" service is far superior as well. He gets so excited when we drive into the parking lot in the morning. And he comes out in the afternoons bouncy and happy. This was not always the case at his old facility, which is why I moved him. I'm completely satisfied with the switch. RNR is great.

My year old boys have been playing on the "big dog" side since they were 6 months old. I recommend it to anyone that has young dogs or high energy dogs (like my border collie mixes). They come home TIRED and they're also less nutty and aggressive with each other when they're at home. Indy is glad that Rowdy has other doggies to play with (since he's usually the object of Rowdy's unending supply of energy) and Indy gets to just sit back and watch and chase bee shadows with Dash.

The staff obviously love the pups too, and I really enjoy watching them on the webcam from my desk at work. It lets me see that they're having a good time and I never worry about them.

I visited Rex & Roxy's last week. I have two smaller dogs (JRT mixes) that I need to board later this month. I got excited about the online reviews, and from what I saw on the website and info I received when I spoke to Stephanie, I decided to visit and take a tour of the small dog facility. RNR was the first facility I visited. I thought it was OK, but not exactly what I had expected. The young lady that showed me around was very nice and one customer waiting for her pup gave it rave reviews. So, although it wasn't as much as I had expected, I was willing to give it a try. Then I decided to visit Petsmart and Wag-A-Lot. After visiting all 3, my concerns were confirmed and Wag-A-Lot showed me how much better RNR could be and how much more Petsmart could offer. I think RNR might be good for daycare, but not for extended stays. I'm VERY picky, especially when it comes to my pups. My dogs will be at Wag-A-Lot next week.

We have been bringing our dogs to RnR for over two years now and could not be happier. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional and super knowledgeable. These are amazing people who really care about dogs, and have been in the business for a long time and as a result create a super safe environment for the dogs. We love Rex and Roxys!!!!

I felt compelled to write after reading the "HUSH" review. I have been taking my dog to Rex and Roxy's since he was a puppy (almost two years) and I have not had even one negative experience. In fact, the staff there has proven to be amazingly friendly and enthusiastic on a daily basis. They have taken the time to get to know my dog, who does not take easily to strangers, and make him feel comfortable and confident to the point that he greets them affectionately every time I take him. They have accomodated me with special requests on a number of occassions. Most importantly, I feel like my dog is safe and supervised on every visit. They are always able to give me a report on his day if I ask, and anyone who has looked at the dog blog knows that the staff knows the dogs well and monitors their daily routines.
And as for the activity level, my dog comes home and sleeps like a baby every time he spends a day at R&R's, so they must be doing something right!

Highly recommended and I can't imagine what my dog would say if I tried to take him somewhere else.
