Mike is great! I called him in the morning for washing machine repair, and we set up an appointment for the same day. He was able to instantly diagnose the problem, and had all the required parts on his truck, so I was able to have it fixed on the spot. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and affordable. I would definitely hire him again for other repair work.

Mike provided extremely PROMPT service, and showed unparalleled CARING in providing it. He was patient and understanding with our budgetary concerns, still did not in any way cut back in the products he used in restoring our side-by-side Jenn Air fridge to perfect working order. Thereis absolutely no question that we would call Mike again for any need in appliance repair which might arise in our household. This is not a contingency which we wish for, but at least we feel a heightened degree of peace, should it arise, with the knowledge that Mike will take care of our needs, efficiently and in a more than expected excellent way. Don't even consider calling anyone else. Call Mike.

Refrigerator went out on a Friday night. Rhoads was the 1st company I called and came out the same day on Saturday. Took all of 5 minutes to diagnose the problem and give an estimate. $225 to replace the starter for the compressor. After researching, found the same part for $15. Only took 45 minutes to replace, now thats some expensive labor. Appreciate the good service and working on a Saturday, but feel a little ripped off for what was actually done.

Very quick, affordable and courteous, Mike was able to fix our unit the same day we called. Highly recommended!
