I took my daughter's clothes there to consign and was told they would go through them and email me the list of items by the end of the week. A MONTH later, I hadn't heard from them and gave them a call. I was told a host of excuses, then said she would email me by the end of that week. Still nothing. I called again TWO WEEKS later, and again, a host of excuses. While my clothes could have been on the racks, they sat in a back room under a pile of off season items. The owners are unprofessional, disorganized and bad business people. I am going to go pick up my clothes and just donate them. They are terrible.

In response to the above review of our store, we would first and foremost like to offer our apologies for the delay in establishing your account. We certainly didn't intend for it to happen, and we take full responsibility and will not make excuses.
We would like the chance to further discuss how we can make this right, and look forward to having an opportunity to do so.
