Ric's Body and Paint

I was visiting from out of town, and had damaged the plastic undercarriage of my 2003 Toyota Camry. It was hanging lower than it should be and was disconnected in the front.
I called around to a few places and most gave an over the phone quote of a minimum of $250.
Discouraged, I kept calling around hoping for a better answer! I called Ric’s and they were very friendly and reassuring. Ric joked that the repair was guaranteed to be under a million dollars! I drove over, Dean took the keys, lifted the car right up and refastened the undercarriage. Service was great, the atmosphere was friendly and personal! I was in and out of there in less than half an hour!
Although it wasn’t a big repair, most places would charge an arm and a leg just to lift the car up and look. Ric’s didn’t! I think it was a steal! A truly satisfied customer, I would recommend Ric’s Body and Paint to everyone! CW

as a recipient of the October 2010 hail storm "explosion" my 2006 audi needed every panel on the car repaired ---thank God for the storm---or should I say thank God for Ric's body shop---The car looks better today then the day I purchased it four years ago!!! all done with paintless dent repair---thanks guys scottsdale air park

Wow, what great people! I had Adam help me - my auto insurance recommended Ric's. Adam was quick, helpful and very professional. Got my car in fast, had the door ding repaired in 30 minutes and was on my way with my car looking as good as new. Great business.

We had numerous shops to choose from, getting bids on our SUV repair, but knew from the first day we called on Ric's that we'd found the right place for our front end collision job. Their honesty, attitude, the way they treat their own staff, the way they make you feel when you walk in their door, plus quality workmanship all the way around-- we're really delighted that we chose Ric's -- because they're Really Into Customer Care and gave us a First Class Repair. The main reason for this review other then the AMAZING job they did on my car AND the AMAZING customer service, NOT TO MENTION how GREAT my car looked when I got it back is to recognize the manager DEAN SLAUGHTER.

This guy really went the EXTRA MILE for me. When I came to get my car, the insurance company I dealt with instead of paying them sent the check to my apartment in TEMPE. I couldn't get my rental back to go get the money for them because the insurance company refused to authorize another rental because my car was technically finished so it would be out of my pocket IF I could find someone 21 to rent it for me but with my family on Vacation this was impossible.

So now I am outside of enterprise sitting on the curb EXTREMELY upset waiting for a ride and DEAN pulls up, gets out, and sits down right next to me. He could see how upset I was and told me that if I could get to Tempe and get the check that he would come down and open up the shop and give me my car. He gave me his personal cell phone number and told me just to call and said "Everything will be ok". After making many calls to friends I get all that done and get a ride back to the shop at 8:00pm; Keep in mind these guys closed at 5:30pm. I don't know what I would have done without him, I had work the next day and I wouldn't have made it without him. I couldn’t be more thankful to DEAN and the rest of the Ric’s crew for the great job they did!
