I wanted a simple hand wash and hand wax with no interior work. I was told it would cost $45 & take 45 min to an hour. I was there less than 5 minutes when I became very uncomfortable with the "service" to my car and I told the two washers I had changed my mind and to do nothing more than a wash because I preferred to wait for my husband. The owner then told me that I would have to pay the full "fifty" because they had already "passed the claybar" and that most of the job was done (about 5 min total time on my car when he said this). When I insisted on a RECEIPT for the $45 cash, he reversed & decided to only charge $15. Upon leaving I noticed several scratches to my new car and complained but was told he only charged $15 so nothing matters. If you're not smart enough to avoid this place, then don't change your mind, don't request a receipt for cash payments, take at least four people to watch all car sides, and video your car beforehand; otherwise, good luck with them!

sugarland, Tx 6/15/2011 Anyone who knows me knows that I am a stickler for a clean vehicle. Any crumbs on the floor drive me absolutely insane. And with a schedule such as the one I love and adore everyday, it gets difficult to hand wash our vehicle on my own. Today, while running some errands I decided to do some research on car wash details near by. I found Ricardo's's Car Detail Car Wash to have the best reviews and decided to give it a shot.Free wifi, and just a solid set of reviews to rely on. It's cool, I have great fast service and wifi. The reviews were perfectly accurate. For $18 (mid size SUV/car & Tire Dressing) you get an inside and out hand wash, vacuum and seamless detailed job from the crafty team. What takes 45 minutes at some competitor locations took these gentlemen 15. And the job was even better. take it from a meticulous man such as myself - if you want you car cleaned right, try this spot out. They are, by far, Sugarland's best.
