A very clean, some would say Spartan, operation. The service was impersonal from the start. The receptionist seemed much more taken and interested in himself than with my experience. He mechanically went through the paperwork almost as if it were a bother. He couldn't even spell my name correctly, despite having required me to provide proof of insurance coverage and the myriad other paperwork. The exam was perfunctory and left me with no confidence at all. The optometrist dilated my eyes without asking me whether I was going to be driving afterwards. They provided no protective eyewear when the procedure was completed. They didn't explain the "prescription" afterwards, though the receptionist was careful to ask whether I would like to purchase eyeglass frames afterward. I left with no confidence whatsoever. In fact, when I got home, I quickly looked up an optometrist with high Kudzu ratings and booked an appointment. I will end up paying for two eye exams. Two thumbs way down.

I went because they accept the insurance that the state offers employees! Loved the selection of frames and the honesty when trying on frames. I liked being told frames didnt look right for my face. Helped me find a nice frame I could afford with the lenses that I needed.

If you are looking for one of those cheapo places that offer you 2 for the price of one with only a bunch of ugly frames to choose from then this is not the place. I found a good selection of really nice frames and a pair that I really like at an affordable price. The staff was really nice and helpful. It's worth checking out for sure.

The "office" is basically two rooms with all the equipment jammed in. I was a first time customer and was misled on what the costs were going to be, what was being done, etc. I wouldn't go back, and I wouldn't refer them to anyone.

I do truly apologize for your experience with us. I would like to take a few seconds to answer your concerns. As far as the equipment, I have some of the latest technology that allows us to have a small footprint in the office to keep costs low. As for the costs, we do try to make every effort to bill your insurance for services and often times will quote you a price based on the insurance plan you have. Sometimes, however, insurances do differ from company to company and some services aren't covered. And per our contract with the insurance, we must charge for those services. I understand a patient's frustration when they are quoted one price only to find out services aren't covered by their insurance and must pay more. I do apologize for that misunderstanding. Please feel free to contact our offices and we'd be happy to go over this further with you. Thank you for your review.
I went to rich vision because they took my insurance. i have a difficult prescription. i was really pleased with the selection of frames, and was shocked when i got their total. they were actually $20 cheaper than lenscrafters. i had my glasses for 2 weeks and accidently scratched them. they were nice enough to replace the lenses for free and i couldnt get back to pick up the new pair for a few days because of my work schedule and they actually had tehm delivered to me at my office. definetly personalized service and really cool office.

I went to Rich Vision based on referrals from this site. I must admit when I first saw the location and building I was a bit skeptical. But when you walk inside it's like you are in a different world. Dr. Rich was kind and thorough and Will went above and beyond with great customer service! Great selection of designer frames also.

A co-worker of mine referred me to Rich Vision to replace my old glasses. I was extremely satisfied with what I received. Because my perscription is very strong I have always had "thick lens" in any frame that I picked out. Amazingly, Rich Vision was able to help me pick out a hot frame with lens that were extremely "thin" and worked in the frame. I have received so many positive comments about how fabulous my glasses look when I see people out and about. I just went back a week ago and ordered a 2nd pair that I just received the other day. I rarely reccomend anything to anyone however, if your in need of a new pair of glasses then you should check out this company.

I was checking out reviews online and noticed that three of the four reviews are all on the same day (5/12/2006) and the fourth one was on 5/16/2006. The three reviewers from 5/12/2006 have only given one review on Kudzu.

Rich Vision was great!!! Dr. Rich was polite and professional. I could not ask for more in a Doctor. I also loved how he explained things to me. He explained the purpose of every procedure, and I was 100% comfortable. He also has the most stylish frames in town. Ya'll need to check him out!!!!
I just moved to the Atlanta area and chose Rich Vision for its convenient location and ultra hip selection of frames - I certainly wasn't disappointed, even got more than I was counting on! I have a lazy eye that has caused me problems for years, and many doctors have told me that it couldn't be corrected without surgery given that the vision I'd lost was so considerable. Dr. Rich now has me in a pair of fabulous glasses that have me seeing 20/20 out of BOTH eyes. Additionally, the laziness has been corrected without surgery. Dr. Rich's professional commitment and work ethic is enhanced by his calm and friendly demeanor. The office staff is polite and welcoming, and the space comfortable. I would recommend Rich Vision without hesitation - you'll definitely get a lot for your money!
I heard about Rich Vision a few months ago and decided to check it out. I'm so glad I did. The doctor was professional and courteous, and the selection of frames was amazing. Now I feel GREAT about my glasses. Definitely check this place out!
