The "office" is basically two rooms with all the equipment jammed in. I was a first time customer and was misled on what the costs were going to be, what was being done, etc. I wouldn't go back, and I wouldn't refer them to anyone.

I do truly apologize for your experience with us. I would like to take a few seconds to answer your concerns. As far as the equipment, I have some of the latest technology that allows us to have a small footprint in the office to keep costs low. As for the costs, we do try to make every effort to bill your insurance for services and often times will quote you a price based on the insurance plan you have. Sometimes, however, insurances do differ from company to company and some services aren't covered. And per our contract with the insurance, we must charge for those services. I understand a patient's frustration when they are quoted one price only to find out services aren't covered by their insurance and must pay more. I do apologize for that misunderstanding.
