Excellent work done by Robert & Chris! From the very first step (estimate), I was very pleased with Richardson Residential. They are very punctual, professional and men of their word. While fixing my ceilings, he ran into a problem which he thoroughly explained and despite the necessary changes, he was able to stay within budget and on time! In my home, I had ceiling and rotten wood repair & tile installation done in all non-carpet areas. I will definitely choose them again for any handyman needs! Job well done!

Robert did an excellent job of removing the popcorn ceilings from the home I recently purchased.

The old ceilings completely dated the house. Robert brought them to life. Now my home is well on the way to being updated.

Overall I think Robert / Richardson Residential was a great value for the money. He showed up on time, completed the project on schedule and on budget. No surprises.

I will have him back for future projects.

Richardson Residential did a great job remodeling my kitchen. From cabinets to floors, it looks amazing. I appreciated Robert's suggestions, professionalism, knowledge and communication.

Richardson Residential was a relief to find! We had Rob out to do an estimate to fix some exterior water damage. He was super to work with, explained all the work, the costs, and the prices were extremely reasonable, especially compared to multiple other companies we had out to quote. He was timely, easy to work with, the quality was superb and he cleaned up the job site even better than it was beforehand. We were so impressed by the company and the ample services they supply, that we already have quotes in for other projects we hope to materialize in Spring. With all the quotes we had gotten for various odd jobs, small jobs, and even some large; Richardon Residential was able to do them all and the prices were right. It's nice to have found a company that does various items so we don't need to go to 5 different places for everything. Call Richardson Residential before you go anywhere else. We are very happy we did!

Robert has done several projects around the house for me. He rebuilt a dock, made a privacy screen, changed out a sink, removed wood rot, and built a gate for a deck. For each of the projects, Robert explained the work, costs, etc. For every project, he appeared as scheduled, cleaned up each day (if project was multiple days), and kept me in the loop as to the status of the project. I would highly recommend him and I plan to used his services again in the future. Great around kids and very professional!!!!
