Horrible Follow Through
My husband and I went in a month before our wedding to check out the kennels to see if we wanted to board our dogs there for our wedding.
The place seemed clean and we liked the staff. Stacy the kennel worker said she would call our current vet to make sure our dogs were up to date on their vaccinne boosters and let us know if we had to get any shots before we boarded them. I never heard from her or anyone. I called them a few days before my wedding to make sure everything was good. I was told yes, then I got a call the night before my wedding and was told that she had just gotten the records, (oops) and that my dogs needed certain shots before they could be boarded there, but not to worry I could still drop them off and they would give them the shots for about triple what I could have paid at my own vet.
I paid to have my dog's anal glands expressed while he was boarded there and when we got home, it was very obvious that it hadn't been done. I called and was put on old for 10 min and was told it had been done. When I asked to speak to the vet who did it, I was put on old again, and then after 10 min, someone came back on the line and said oops, it hadn't. When I took my dog back in to have it done, they severely bruised his tail.
I talked with the practice manager and she apologized and said she would like give us some Frontline as an apology, which I thought was great. I'M STILL WAITING ALMOST TWO MONTHS LATER FOR IT TO ARRIVE.
Horrible follow through.
