Richmond Bone & Joint Clinic

This is as close to assembly line medicine as I have ever seen! \r\rI was a new patient. By some means unknown to me you are supposed to have a user ID and password when you arrive. Instead of having the receptionist take you name when you arrive you must ""sign in"" at the computer. I was unable to do so as they had entered the wrong DOB. Then after waiting 20 minutes I was summoned to the desk in the reception area and basically had to give my medical history with an audience of the entire waiting room. After another wait I was summoned to have X-rays without ever seeing a Dr. After being shuffled off to a treatment room the dr came and spent maybe three minutes and requested an MRI. Back to the waiting room to wait to see the person scheduling MRI's. I was given the preferred option of going to the Richmond Clinic of the not preferred option of having it outsourced to a clinic in Katy. I requested the outsource location so the scheduling person acted as an intermediary in scheduling the appointment. Never did undertstand why I was incapable of managing this myself. \r\rKnowing that I would NEVER pursue any additional treatment with these folks, I called to get my X-rays sent to another Dr. I got a big runaround about I needed a user ID and password and if I didn't have that I would have to appear in person at the Richmond clinic to sign sign the docs to release the info. \r\rI'm DONE with these people!

Richmond bone and joint helped me get my life back. I came to the clinic literally dying of pain. I saw Dr. Etminan. He felt that I have a ruptured disk. He recommended an MRI that we got immediately that day in their facility. We decided that because of my severe pain and weakness, that I needed surgery. He performed an outstanding surgery and I am doing great

Whenever, I have needed the services of Richmond Bone and Joint Clinic, I have always been highly pleased by my treatment from excellent doctors supported by an efficient friendly staff. These guys are better than good and they get positive results!

Thanks to Dr. Etminan, after 5 years of chronic\rback pain, I am pain free. He's the best. I tell all\rmy old football colleagues he's the Dr. to see.\rAlso, he's caring, dedicated, and professional.

My dad got knee surgery from Dr.Breeze this past year and did PT with them as well and only has great things to say about the experience. The doctors truly care about the well being of their patients and their staff is also very friendly and knowledgable. If I or anyone in my family ever need an orthopedist, they are the first on my list. I also would recommend them to anyone I know!
