We went into Rick case Hyundai in Roswell knowing exactly what we wanted..A 2016 Santa Fe turbo ultimate . We were trading in our 2013 Santa Fe. We agreed on a price grey ext. black interior. Before we signed any paperwork, except for the agreement on the price, we Changed to a grey interior. They didn't have one like that, but They would get one for us. When we got I ti the car, we didn't have our salesman go over Alan the bells and whistles since we had just turned a Santa Fe in and was familiar with it. We did notice that the car had 246 miles on it but Disregarded since salesman was so nice...surely he wouldn't deceive us. A couple of days later, I'm filing paperwork and see that they actually sold us a 2015. Salesman admits he never told us it was a 2015. We agreed on a price for a 2016,,,only thing we changed was the interior color.Hyundai says it will give us a 2016 for an additional $100 a month. My husband us a veteran and we are seniors. Shame on you Hyundai.

I purchased my Hyundai from Rick Case in Roswell and also have had it serviced there several times in the car's young life. I have always felt they handled each transaction like they were helping someone in their own family. The car buying experience was painless from the negotiation to the paperwork. They have been honest, competitively priced, and professional. Recommended!

I went to this dealership and worked with a very nice salesperson. Got the drive out price on paper along with available financing. My wife was out of town and wanted her to see the vehicle. I made an appointment with the same salesperson on a Wednesday as Tuesday was his day off. When we arrived for appointment, we were told our salesperson had called in sick. No problem since we had all the paperwork. Right? Wrong! Not only were we told the financing was not available to us but neither was the deal we had on their paper! Unbelievable! I believe the person delivering us this news was either finance manager or sales manager. He was extremely arrogant and extremely condescending. He treated us as if this was our first car purchase since we are educated fifty somethings, this was clearly not the case. We immediately left and found a reputable dealership and bought a car that very day. What a shame and what a sham!
