I recently bought a used Hyundai from Rick Case in Duluth. They seemed to have the best value. I tried to get the price down further but was told that the Internet Price is the final price (both from Rick Case Duluth and Roswell). I worked with Shelia Moore, and I'm so glad I did. She was very knowledgeable and down to earth. She was helpful both pre and post sale. She followed up with me the day after I bought the car to ensure everything was going well. I ended up having a question that evening. She picked up her cell and was immediately able to answer my question. I highly recommend you ask for Shelia Moore!

I walked into this dealership 9/17/12 only to deal with a salesman and his manager that refused to give me a price. Then insisted to run a credit check and when I refused, they pretty much refused to be any of any assistance. How do a dealership refuse to give a price? Do they expect people to make a blind decision based on the manager's comment of "we are the largest Hyundai dealership in Georgia"? Then treat me like a bum off the street because I refused to have my credit checked? Is this the normal business practice to assume that the people that walk in have done no research and are not qualified buyers? Nonetheless, I left with no price of the vehicle I was interested in and irritated due to poor management. However, any other Hyundai dealership I called gave me an out the door price in writing through an email, no questions asked, no harassment, and no credit check required. Shame on you Rick Case for employing managers and their employees that treat people like fools.

My wife and I visited the dealer on a Sunday to buy a new Hyundai Sonata. I was toggling between the Accord and Hyundai and wanted to test drive and take a look at the OTD numbers Rick could give for the Sonata. Overall I think I got a good deal compared to the research I had done and that is the only reason for me to sign the papers. We worked the deal with Mr. Frank Scozzari, the worst Auto Sales consultant we have ever dealt with. Uncouth, impolite, uncultured, impatient, rude, and I continue on. Mr. Scozzari had the audacity to shout at us for not moving fast, literally snatched the papers away from me and walked out. My wife is still cursing me for staying on and signing the deal. In hindsight I think I should have in fact walked out and gone across the street to Gwinnett Honda. Even beyond Mr. Scozzari the overall experience was disappointing from being welcomed, to the whole sales process, to post sales delivery of the car. As a Marketing and Sales consultant for a Big Four Consulting firm, I understand the importance of customer experience and patience when dealing with heavy purchases, especially a car which generally is an emotional one too. I will never ever set foot on Rick’s Satellite Blvd dealership and for those who will I recommend not dealing with Mr. Frank Scozzari. He is not worth your time and money. Extremely and truly disappointed!

I was extremely satisfied with the service at Rick Case Gwinnett. I didn't think they could get me approved for the vehicle I wanted. My salesman (Byron Black) should be commended on delivering top notch customer service. He worked diligently throughout and after the sale to make sure my family was taken care of. My wife loves her car! I thank Byron Black and the entire Rick Case staff for making our car purchase an enjoyable experience.

I was very pleased with my experience at Rick Case hundai. I bought a preowned vehicle at a steal! I did lots of research and the car they sold me had the most options at the lowest price . They also offered me financing at a lower interest rate than my credit union. I intend to go back to see them in A few months when I purchase a car for my stepdaughter.

Our salesman, Marty Adelman, was the consummate pro...knowledgeable and no B..S.. Negotiated in good faith, was flexible and the transaction felt win-win. Installed leather in one day and gave us a courtesy car. Whole deal was no nonsense and professional. We expected the worst but got the best. We were very pleasantly shocked. Bought a used 2011 Sonata with 12K miles and not sure how the experience could have been much better.

I traded in a Hyundai Elantra 2007 with more than 130K miles on it to the dealership. I wasn't expecting to get the kind of deal that I did, so to say that I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement. I worked with Fred Scott; stand up guy and easy to talk to. He understood where we were coming from and what we needed. I'd highly recommend anyone that's doing a trade in and looking for a good deal to check this place out.
