Came into Rick Hendrick in Duluth because my car was about to give out. I thought that I could not get approved for something nice. But thanks to Brenda Bryan I am in a new Malibu. She went over everything step by step and made me feel reel good about my purchase. I am enjoying my new Malibu. Thanks Brenda your the best!!

I had a car advertised on Craig's List to sell privately. An Internet sales guy from Rick Hendrick called me and said they'd like to buy the car because they needed pre-owned inventory like my car. I told him I live about 30 miles away and wasn't interested in driving all the way out there to get a low ball offer. He insisted that it was worth the trip. After driving out there and waiting around for 20 mins or so, I received an offer $4,500 below what I was asking. I understand the whole wholesale, private party, retail thing, but what a sleazy thing to do to just call people on craig's list to try to steal cars for their inventory.

I did buy a truck from them...after 7 hours of haggling!! I saw the truck online and scheduled an appointment. After being there for 3 hours, the finance guy came in and told me the truck I wanted was actually $10,000 more than what they were advertising it for online!! He tried telling me that he was justified in doing so because of a disclaimer at the bottom of the advertisement that wasn't very specific at all! I didn't believe him AT ALL!! They will post false prices on their website to get you up there and then try to doop you. The only reason I bought my truck from them is because nobody else had one like it and I talked them down to a reasonable price after very intense negotiations. I still payed a little more for the truck than they advertised and wish there was a way to sue them for false advertising and get some of my money back. Oh well, I will never buy another vehicle for Rick Hendrick because they are deliberately misleading and are blatantly lying on their website about prices. Buy a vehicle somewhere else. On a good note, my salesman Ron was a very nice and helpful guy. But I don't appreciate being lied to!!! It's NOT good business!

I visited to look at purchasing new vehicle. Sales person did a good job of asking questions to figure out the options I wanted and helped me pick out the vehicle to look at. I ended up not buyng, but salesperson (Jordan Eddy) was professional and pleasant to work with.

This is the first dealership that I have ever visited that does not post the sticker price of the cars on the window, or anywhere else in sight and does not tell you the price until you have test driven and applied for financing. This is a sure sign that their desire is to take you for the ride! We were there for a period of 3 hours before we were even told what the price of the car was. Once running our credit, then refused to even tell us what interest rate the loan would be at. After doing some figuring of our own we determined that they were trying to charge us an interest rate of 11% and that was with a credit score of 723! Their tactics didn't work on us - actually it worked against them. The final straw was when they tried to pit my husband and I against each other. As it stands - we were given a terrible quote on a used Camaro, an unreasonable interest rate for near perfect credit and a very bad taste for Chevrolet. We immediately visited Stone Mountain Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and purchased a brand new Challenger for less than they offered for a used Camaro. Buyers and lookers BEWARE! Edited to add - deception in car descriptions as well. The paperwork on the car we were interested in indicated the mileage at 15000 when the odometer showed 21000. Big difference!!!!!!!!

We were interested in purchasing a vehicle at this location, and I contacted them via e-mail. I receieved an immediate (generic) response from the manager saying I will be contacted shortly by a sales rep. I was contacted a few hours later after I let them know that no one had contacted me. The guy spoke with us and was supposed to get back with us "shortly" and till this date he never did. I called 14 hrs after and was never able to speak with him because he was busy. Then the manager was busy too. I finally spoke to someone (to date I don't know who it was either), and I decided not to do business with them becasue he was rude too. Now the sales person is still contacting me about the car but he is talking about a whole different vehicle than we spoke about. It is as crappy as it gets. Very unpforessional!

I purchased a GM CERTIFIED car from Rick Hendricks Chevrolet in Duluth, Georgia. Upon purchase, we began to have several problems with the car. We were perplexed because the car salesman informed us that the car was GM CERTIFIED and the GM sticker was placed on the car when we purchased it. Despite the fact that the car was allegedly GM CERTIFIED, we became curious and ran a car fax on the auto after the purchase and found out that the car had been involved in an accident. At no time, did Rick Hendricks Chevrolet provide us with any information confirming that there had been a prior auto accident before we purchased the car. We purchased the car under the auspices of GM certification. They are now denying that they knew about the car history and will only help us if we come out of pocket for another down payment if we want to trade it in for one without accident history even though it is their mistake !!!! Please, please do not buy a car from Rick Hendricks Chevrolet !!!
