Rid-A Critter was prompt and courteous. Someone came out to survey my property to give an exact estimate for the repairs to trap the squirrels in my attic and seal the entire perimeter of the roof line to prevent further access. They thoroughly explained to me what they had done, sealing all gaps and screening the gables. They came back one week later to empty and remove the trap. I am very pleased with the service, and appreciate their one year guarantee of their work - no more squirrels. Thank you!
Rid-A-Critter came to my home to solve my problem of squirrels in my attic. The squirrels were wreaking havoc. They sealed my home of all entry points for the squirrels, trapped the ones that were in there before sealing the final access point. Peace at last!

We had squirrels in our deck soffits, and fortunately were referred to Rid-A-Critter. I cannot say enough about how wonderful their service is and how friendly their technicians are. They came in a few days, and set traps and fixed holes. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing critter removal.

We found out when we had our house on the market that we had bats and that's when we called Rid a Critter. They came right out, gave us a good price and begin humanely removing our bat colony. The techs were friendly, explained every step along the way and impressed us with their customer service. Forward ahead to the new house, spring comes and now we have squirrels and crazy birds messing around in the attic. Second call to Rid a Critters, and again, same great service. Different crew so it's safe to assume that all of them are well trained and driven by the customer service. Job(s) well done. I would recommend them to anyone with unwanted critters.
2015 very large bat colony removed from our house when it was on the market. 2016 new house had squirrels and birds getting into attic. Both required guards to seal off access around the roof line, traps to be set, deorderized attic and sealed all entry into attic.

Used Rid-A-Critter in 2008 for a squirrel problem. They did a partial seal of our soffits with no issue since. Contacted them in March 2016 regarding an additional issue I was having (noises in the same area). Before I could even sufficiently describe the problem, the employee said honestly, if he came out, the only solution would be probably a $800 to $1400 fix to completely seal the house, because Rid-A-Critter no longer does partial seals or single trappings any longer, because they can't guaranty the work unless the entire house is sealed. The whole tone of the conversation was basically, "are you sure you want us to come out, because you're going to be paying a minimum of $800 to $1400." The employee did not even know how large or small our home was to begin with and seemed as if he didn't want to bother with me or my problem. If I owned this business, I would possibly re-train this employee right away for losing customers and business before my company even had the chance to earn it. Have called another company and will never use Rid-A-Critter again.

I'm sorry you don't approve of our company policy regarding partial and full exclusions. Yes, we did offer partial repairs years ago but we no longer offer them. We decided against offering partial exclusions because we had numerous people get upset when animals got back in through another vulnerable area that was not sealed. The customers would be angry when we told them it was a totally new job that we would charge for. We decided to minimize making our customers angry by only offering full exclusions. By doing only full exclusions we are able to offer a complete full warranty on the house no matter where the animals get back in (if they do). Its hard to make everyone happy but we feel that our current policy makes the most sense for our customers. Richard Adcock
We had only been living in our new home (built on an old foundation) for 9 months when we realized we had a major rat problem in our crawl space because we heard them (and smelled them - yuck!) in our walls and ceilings. I have never before seen such persistence in a service provider. It took them 7 months but they NEVER gave up. They found the source of the problem in a very hidden area under our front stoop and filled in all the tunnels with concrete and we haven't had a problem since. These guys were SO kind and GREAT communicators - I had them on speed dial and they would respond within a couple of hours. Now they come back every few months to make sure we are still good to go. If you have rats, call these people!

Rid-a-Critter was a pleasure to deal with. I had a large dangerous hornets nest which urgently needed to be removed in shrubs near my home. I placed a call to Rid-a-Critter, made appointment, and technician arrived promptly on time and within 30 minutes our pests were eliminated. Very prompt, professional, friendly and knowledgeable service.

I shopped around and reviewed a number of different quotes. I used Rid-A-Critter because they stated the truth as well as the general information about bats. They detailed step by step the removal process. I got concerned about my fireplace and the tech person assured me that all was well and if they needed to return they would be right out. They were correct and all steps were completed and my home has been bat and bird free for one month. another note my family took our first vacation without the alarm company calling about motion being detected. Thanks Rid-A-Critter

Great communication (owner even returned my call at 6:30pm to talk about my issue and what they could do to remedy it) and prompt service. Tech was knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly took care if the issue as promised. I love the fact that is privately owned and you get that customer service that big companies always lack. Would definitely recommend AND use them again.

Love the service from Rid A Critter. Tim has been amazing to work with. His attention to detail and willingness to solve the problem no matter what makes this company impossible to beat. Really like the ability to pay annually to roll over the warranty so that we know we can get great service whenever we need it. Thanks so much.

We wanted the bats out of the attic, but didn't want the colony hurt or destroyed. Riddacritter sealed up the house and put an out-going-only valve at the main exit point. They can get out, but can't get back in. Riddacritter has been prompt, courteous, professional and easy to work with on our schedule.

We recently bought a home and the inspector noted animal activity in the attic. Chris from Rid-A-Critter came out and immediately let me know that there was evidence of rats. He gave a full assessment of the repairs needed. The price was more than I was expecting; however, the thoroughness of my technician Chris (different Chris than the assessor) made the price and peace of mind worth it. Chris checked the entire house again and placed additional traps in the basement even though there wasn't evidence of infestation (but there was an opening to the outside). Due to inclement weather, Chris trapped once and returned the next week to complete the repairs/check traps. He's been back once since then to check traps and will do one final check next week since we haven't seen any critters. I am pleased with Rid-A-Critter's work and thoroughness. I definitely recommend them!

We were very happy with our experience with Rid-A-Critter. Our technician Clint did a wonderful job. We no longer hear the pitter patter of little feet in the attic or the chomping of wood. They were very neat and clean as well. Not fun to spend all the money but definitely money well spent.

I had a massive wasp nest on my house and called Rid-A-Critter. The customer service representative was very accommodating in setting up an appointment that worked around my schedule. The service technician called prior to his arrival, arrived on time, removed the entire wasp nest quickly, and overall was very professional and courteous. I was very satisfied with Rid-A-Critter and would definitely use their services again!
