Rid-A Critter was prompt and courteous. Someone came out to survey my property to give an exact estimate for the repairs to trap the squirrels in my attic and seal the entire perimeter of the roof... line to prevent further access. They thoroughly explained to me what they had done, sealing all gaps and screening the gables. They came back one week later to empty and remove the trap. I am very pleased with the service, and appreciate their one year guarantee of their work - no more squirrels. Thank you!VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
We had squirrels in our deck soffits, and fortunately were referred to Rid-A-Critter. I cannot say enough about how wonderful their service is and how friendly their technicians are. They came in a... few days, and set traps and fixed holes. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing critter removal.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

I believe this customer has accidentally posted the review on the wrong business. Our company, Ridacritter does not and has never had a $39 pricing for any service. Ridacritter also does not charge any termination fees what so ever. Ridacritter has never mailed a letter asking for credit card information. Based on these 3 factors this review has been made in error. Richard Adcock - President
Outstanding service and workmanship! A baby squirrel and mama with the nest were rescued from our attic and relocated in a more appropriate setting. Flashing was installed to prevent any more squirrels, birds, or other animals from taking up residence in the attic. Chris and Juan handled this job quickly and professionally. They are true experts and very nice to work with. Highly, highly recommend this company for critter removal and prevention. The BEST!

I have used the services of Rid-A-Critter in two different homes and have been very pleased with their service every time. They do not use scare tactics to get you to pay for services (other companies I called always suggested the worst case scenario and said I'd have to pay $$$ to get it fixed without even seeing the problem). I've had 2 different service people from this company help get rid of rodents or critters and both were professional, knew a lot about what they were talking about, and were helpful. I recommend them every time to others who need pest control.

We had both grey and flying squirrels having a great time in our attic. Since one is nocturnal and the other is up during the day, the noise never stopped. Chris, Fred, and TJ were very professional and did an awesome job of sealing the attic and safely removing our unwanted house guests. I highly recommend the Rid-A-Critter team.

Last April I came home to find a snake in my garage. Not knowing whether it was poisionous or not and not knowing what to do I called my sister and she recommended Rid-A-Critter. Their technician came out, determined it was not poisionous and relocated the snake. I am pleased with their service and the fact the snake did not have to die. I would recommend Rid-a-Critter to anyone.

The service was friendly and professional and they answered all my questions. They took the time to eliminate all animal entry points to my house. The job took all day and they didn't rob me blind. I trusted Rid-A-Critter and they didn't disappoint.

We moved into a home several months ago. We opened a spare bedroom closet door and found a bat hanging in the closet. The bat got loose in the house and disappeared. We called Rid-a-critter. Upon insspection from their technician we learned we had a colony of bats in the attic. Rid-a-Critter removed the bats, sealed the openings and we have been bat-free for several months. We are very pleased with their service and would highly recommend Rid-A-Critter.

We live in an older home with multiple chimneys. One of the chimneys not used had been capped and honeybees had set up home. We called Rid-a-Critter. They came out within 24 hours and removed the beehives. They were fast and very professional. We couldnt have asked for a better service.
I would hear noises in my attic during late hours of the night. Being a single mom, I was afraid to look in the attic so I called Rid-a-critter. They came out the next day. Apparently, I had flying squirrels coming in at my roof vent. They set traps that same day. Two days later I explained I do not hear them anymore so they came back out and the traps were full. Now I can rest peacefully at night without the squirrels in my attic. Couldn't ask for a better quality of service. They reacted in such a timely manner that I was surprised at how fast the problem was solved.
Since moving into our new home we've had bugs, bugs and more bugs! I had Rid-A-Critter out twice. Once for ants and spiders and again for a couch sold to us with bed bugs! Ugh! They arrived on time every time and didn't rest until we could finally enjoy our new home free of pests!
We moved into a home that evidently already had a roach problem. A very knowledgeable rep (Cherie), from Rid-a-Critter came out & immediately identified our problem as german roaches! We were worried as we continued to research and hear about the risks & germs involved with these nasty things but Ridacritter assured us they could help, and they did!! They were always on time, and we felt very confident in their ability to resolve our problem. Thank you Ridacritter, for giving us peace of mind, and our home back! We are now free of these nasty pests and our family is safe! We are forever grateful for your service! You guys will be highly recommended by me!
Jeff assures me he did not use 1 curse word while speaking with you nor was he anything but professional. Jeff did hang up when you proceeded to scream and holler at him on the phone. None of our employees have to take verbal abuse of any kind from any customer, right or wrong. Jeff offered you a chance to catch up your account by paying past due warranty renewals or to pay for the work that you need to have done now (which was almost the same exact price).Richard Adcock
Dave came out to my house to assit me with removing some bate out of my attack. Not only did he do it in a timely manner, he was highly professional. I think that Dave should be commended on his professionalism and be a model to others.
David Garrison came out to my house and handled a nasty nest of Yellow Jackets for me. It was in the ground and close to the driveway. I didn't want to take no chances so I called David. He came out quickly and handled the job. Within two or so days they were gone. Hats off to David and all the folks down @ Rid-A-Critter. Thanks again!
