Did they get rid of the squirrels? Yes. 6 weeks ago my husband and I contracted Rid-A-Critter to do squirrel removal for our attic. They came out quickly for the consultation and started the work the following week. They patched the holes, put traps in the attic, and added a tunnel for any remaining squirrels to exit the attic. The promised to come back "in a week or so" to remove the tunnel, paint the patches to match the exterior of the house, and most importantly clean and sanitize the attic insulation. NONE of those things have been completed. It has been SIX weeks and now they won't return a phone call. Updated 4/1/13 Following my original Kudzu post Rid-A-Critter asked me to call their office (we had been calling our sales person and tech directly for 6 weeks) and they did follow up and complete the work within days. Apparently my case was an anomaly, however, my experience left something to be desired. As you can see from the owner's post as well as a post I received on Facebook from their office manager, they are quick to blame the customer. I'm sure the office does return all calls, but the tech gave us his card when he started the work and said we should contact him directly.

I am positive the office returns all voice mail messages. Please call me on my cell phone number and I will get to the bottom of the issues. If you don't call me I cant get involved and get it fixed. You have taken the time to write a negative review, I am now begging you to please take the time to call me. I would like to make this right. It's been 11 months since Rid-A-Critter first came to my home and we still have rats. The technician wasn't thorough the first few time so I am still dealing with the hassle of scheduling visits for trapping and pick-up. His work has been sloppy and if I don't follow up with him to schedule the next visit, I wouldn't hear from him.

Update -- As of today (2-28-13) I still have not heard from this person regarding their on going rodent problems. We can not correct problems until they call and provide their contact information. Hi, I'm sorry your still experiencing problems with rodents. We have supervisors that can solve just about any rodent problem. Please call the office 770-258-8568 and ask for me (Richard). I will be happy to get a supervisor on this and we will either correct the problem or refund you your money (our company policy). I can not be proactive and get a supervisor on this issue without more information (not supplied in your posted review). Richard
They took care of my problem quickly and professionally. I have used rid a critter for years and will continue to use them. Everyone that I dealt with was super nice and helpful. Fantastic company!

Ok...I thought I had "bats in my Belfry" but come to find out it was entire family of SQUIRRELS! I would hear a noise, turn the tv down and nothing just to hear it again. I called Ridacritter and they came out and not only took care of my unwanted guests but they fixed it so that it wouldn't happen again. RAC was referred to me by a friend and I was very pleased with the friendliness, the price and the quality of service I received. The are now programmed into my phone. i am going to get them to also take care of my pest control needs. It's so nice to not walk away feeling ripped off. I highly recommend this Company!

I hate yellow jackets and my son is allergic. I called yesterday about several angry nests of yellow jackets. A technician was here by early afternoon. They gave me a quote over the phone, called to see if they could come early (Seriously!! That was awesome), and the problem has been solved and we avoided a possible trip to the ER ....again!

I was told to pay $39 for the 1St treatment,and after that will be $75 every other month.they charge 30 days after.Plus they have my card# wrong sending me letters asking for the right number.I call and let voice mails several times and nobody call me back,still have bugs.Don't work.Try to cancel the service and they say i have to pay $395.00 to terminated the contract.I was never told that before.Please do not get in to this company.Means trouble

I believe this customer has accidentally posted the review on the wrong business. Our company, Ridacritter does not and has never had a $39 pricing for any service. Ridacritter also does not charge any termination fees what so ever. Ridacritter has never mailed a letter asking for credit card information. Outstanding service and workmanship! A baby squirrel and mama with the nest were rescued from our attic and relocated in a more appropriate setting. Flashing was installed to prevent any more squirrels, birds, or other animals from taking up residence in the attic. Chris and Juan handled this job quickly and professionally. They are true experts and very nice to work with. Highly, highly recommend this company for critter removal and prevention. The BEST!

I have used the services of Rid-A-Critter in two different homes and have been very pleased with their service every time. They do not use scare tactics to get you to pay for services (other companies I called always suggested the worst case scenario and said I'd have to pay $$$ to get it fixed without even seeing the problem). I've had 2 different service people from this company help get rid of rodents or critters and both were professional, knew a lot about what they were talking about, and were helpful. I recommend them every time to others who need pest control.

We had both grey and flying squirrels having a great time in our attic. Since one is nocturnal and the other is up during the day, the noise never stopped. Chris, Fred, and TJ were very professional and did an awesome job of sealing the attic and safely removing our unwanted house guests. I highly recommend the Rid-A-Critter team.

Last April I came home to find a snake in my garage. Not knowing whether it was poisionous or not and not knowing what to do I called my sister and she recommended Rid-A-Critter. Their technician came out, determined it was not poisionous and relocated the snake. I am pleased with their service and the fact the snake did not have to die. I would recommend Rid-a-Critter to anyone.

The service was friendly and professional and they answered all my questions. They took the time to eliminate all animal entry points to my house. The job took all day and they didn't rob me blind. I trusted Rid-A-Critter and they didn't disappoint.

We moved into a home several months ago. We opened a spare bedroom closet door and found a bat hanging in the closet. The bat got loose in the house and disappeared. We called Rid-a-critter. Upon insspection from their technician we learned we had a colony of bats in the attic. Rid-a-Critter removed the bats, sealed the openings and we have been bat-free for several months. We are very pleased with their service and would highly recommend Rid-A-Critter.

We live in an older home with multiple chimneys. One of the chimneys not used had been capped and honeybees had set up home. We called Rid-a-Critter. They came out within 24 hours and removed the beehives. They were fast and very professional. We couldnt have asked for a better service.
